I thought it was obvious there would be no romance - they were clear about the 20+yr age difference in the characters, the different stages in their lives, and if we were in any doubt, the daddy long legs reference (they both went urgh). Focus was very much on friendships and found family. It was very reminiscent of Undercover Miss Hong.

Thanks. I didn't pick up on the twin. The plot is so complicated I've gone back and rewatched some of the scenes, esp the lawyer and PI ones. I do not know how they'll pull all these threads together.

episode 2. The dead guy was employed by the dermatologist to dig up dirt on her husband and his lawyer. The (dodgy) investigator (PI) gets the lawyer drunk, takes him to his 'office' and takes compromising photos. They have a fight, the PI leaves and gets hit by the girls in the car. The lawyer sees the accident and takes the PI's phone with the compromising photos from his body. In the car the lawyer can't find his own phone, he only has the PI phone, but in ep 1 we see the dad take a phone with the dead body. So we assume it's the lawyer's phone. The other big guy is looking for his brother, the PI. We don't know much about him - yet. It's a really complexplot!

It's a central theme, there's two sort of intimate scenes (not full on) but the whole series of disasters stems from the affair, so it's discussed a lot.

Agree! This is a mature comedy for mature people with a sense of humour. It is gold. When I see the kind of slop that's getting higher ratings because of the teen crowd it undermines the MDL rating (why are teenagers even watching an R+ drama). Kim Hye-soo deserves an award for her performance.
