Title Enemies with Benefits Spoiler
May I ask what was so uncomfortable?
I appreciate your support and perspective. Everyone will take this differently, but I don't agree it has a place in a light, fun romcom. I will use the attempted rape scene in "I Wanna Be Sup'tar" as a comparison. That was far more disturbing, but it was done early in the series, and early in the episode. They moved on from it quickly. In EWB, it took over the rest of the episode, it's still not over, and may form part of all the remaining episodes. I don't know, I didn't read the novel. From what I understand, this didn't even form part of the original story, maybe someone can confirm. SA themes should be addressed, but context and delivery also matter, and this wasn't delivered in the best manner. I have already dropped it, I couldn't finish the episode after seeing his hands all over her. I'm happy that everyone else is enjoying it, but it's no longer fun or a comedy.

May I ask what was so uncomfortable?
Up until now, it was a light and fun romcom, well paced with good comedy. Each episode was well written and the chemistry between Jan and Jingjing made it fun to watch. We all knew the drama was coming, and I fully expected either Wine would panic and end it with Lan, or someone in the company finds out and makes it difficult for them. Instead, they introduce a workplace SA involving someone in Wine's past, forcing her to leave. Of course he just happens to be the same man that starts at her new company, causing her a lot of distress in the process. Why was it so uncomfortable? Because it was so close to home for a lot of people watching Thai GL. We see Wine physically shaking, in complete fear, throwing up in the bathroom. I've faced this same problem, but luckily for me the guy was dismissed as the company had other complaints about him, and he was drunk on the job. For me, this turned a really lovely series into a nightmare, one that might cause me to drop the series altogether. Yes there have been other instances of SA in other series, some quite serious, but they were between the girls. This is different, it was very realistic and involved a very creepy man, and that coming in a light romcom GL is too much to take.

Oh dear. It was going so well, then they had to spoil it. Just went from a potential 10 down to a 7 in one EP. I don't like romcoms at the best of times, and I thought this series would be better, but that was very uncomfortable to watch. Such a shame as it was great up until now.

It's quite easy to understand, and it's the whole basis of their agreement. They both want each other, but Wine…
I think Lan is too consumed by Wine to give up. We are still due the drama, and I think that's going to come next. Lan has caved and expressed her love for Wine, asking her to date, which is an ultimatum that pushes Wine into a corner. Either Wine ends it, or they are outed and are forced to end it. The writers have a few different ways to go from here, one of which is to involve Medsai, who, if I have read it right, looks to be getting feelings for Lan. Whatever happens, the next ep is going to be exciting!

the only part im kinda finding hard to digest is that its always Lal who gives in. its never the other way around.…
It's quite easy to understand, and it's the whole basis of their agreement. They both want each other, but Wine won't bring down her guard, she is scarred by her past experiences. She made it clear to Lan that it's FWB only with her rules, or nothing. Lan knows this, but continues to "break Wine's rules" to the point where she has to apologize and back down. That being said, Wine is starting to crack, and has backed down herself a few times in the last couple of episodes, and we will see soon how much further that goes, or if she ends it. If you are interested in a much more detailed analysis, there's a channel on YouTube called HerRhythm, that does a deep dive into the meaning of each episode, it's worth a watch.

its 24 epsiodes at 12 minutes. so about 7 normal 40 minute episodes broken up
"Normal" episodes? I would say if you remove the time spent for the recap of the previous episode, the introduction, the titles and the preview of the next episode, you basically get 8 episodes of about 30 to 35 minutes length.

That's what I liked about this series, there were no fillers. The only annoying thing was waiting to watch over 3 days.

Title Girl Rules
I think that most of us viewers are expecting Shasha/Gorya, Prim/Bambi, and Min/Praew to all live happily ever…
That was my hope too. I wanted this series to mess up the normal happy ever after dynamic, but it's not looking that way. There was so much opportunity to mess around with these couples, which was looking promising after the first episode. Yes there has been a touch of drama, but not to the level I would have liked. There's also opportunity to extend this out to a season 2, or more, but I doubt GMMTV will have the budget or the will to do it.

Watched this before and didn't think that much of it, until people kept raving about it, so decided to come back and re-watch it. Problem is it's not available anymore for me. Looks like they removed all the episodes, or geoblocked it. I might try cycling through my VPN. If it's still available on youtube in your country, let me know. No problem with paying to watch, but I want it on Youtube, not interested in signing up to a bunch of different platforms, even if it's free.

To those complaining about the episode length and frequency, it's all about maximizing the youtube algorithm and therefore the revenue. You want to watch this for free, then at least respect the way they are trying to pay for the production. Breaking each ep down into 10 minute chunks will increase visibility and therefore advertisement placement. They could get 4-5 times more money. It's also partially the reason why the bigger productions are split into 4. If you don't like it, either pay a membership, or wait and watch them all together.

Title Her
I'm judging the trailer only. I have no knowledge of the writer beyond a few comments I've seen. It does not matter…
Thank you for your comments, but I want to correct you on the dilation scene. Dilation is very different and personal for each of us, whether intersex or transsexual, and for the type of surgery. I had scrotal skin graft with a Thai surgeon, instead of the usual PI method, and the dilation is very painful. This is because the scar tissue around the muscle is constantly fighting you. It would be the same for someone who is intersex, you are pushing against and stretching muscle, and even without complications such as granulation, it still uncomfortable, and for many, it still hurts. The dilators in the trailer are very similar in size and length to those given out by the surgeon, and I still use these to this day. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they consulted the same Thai surgeon, because they look so similar.
