Literally I've been looking for this exact review and I couldn't agree more! Currently in episode 6 and it's really pissing me off that the FL is having the fireworks scene with the SML instead of the ML?! The show had more potential and the FL is pissing me off because it just seems that she can't decide between the two. I thought it was worth it in the earlier episodes but ever since that SML came in the picture, I disliked it. It's my first time watching a kdrama with such a BAD PLOT and writing. I might just finish it but skip on the moments with the SML. I feel bad for the ML, he deserves better. I agree that the SML is so UNESSESARY, I thought the show would mostly about them co-parenting the baby but suddenly it's not. I thought the SML suited the FL's best friend more, why make him the FL's ex who's suddenly back in her life? Honestly, in the first episodes it confused me because where did the baby suddenly come out from in the funeral and who was taking care of it? It's like he just spawned in some kind of room and got out to them, that one is such a messy and unclear writing. And in the accident, why was the FL's sister sitting at the back instead of in front with her husband? And why hadn't they shown us when she was pregnant or had the kid? It's so unclear that the writers expect us to fill in the blanks of the show? First time watching the ML in this show because I was curious of him, but I guess I picked out the wrong show to watch him in.
