Comedy on point , with a romance plot

Na Bo-bae (Chae Soo-bin), a screenwriter with electric powers, meets Baek Ho-rang (Kim Young-kwang), a resort executive with an artificial heart that needs recharging. Their unusual arrangement leads to a sweet and hilarious romance, complicated by Ji Eun-ho (Cha Woo-min), who also has feelings for Bo-bae.

Overall, I enjoyed this rom-com so much! Chae Soo-bin brings so much charm to Bo-bae, while Kim Young-kwang is great as the cool but lovable Ho-rang. Their chemistry feels natural, and the comedy is 100% spot on. The romance is perfectly paced, never forced or overdone. I do wonder what things would have looked like if Bo-bae had chosen Eun-ho, though! Such a fun, sweet watch!

I also loved the balance of characters; nobody felt unnecessary or overwhelming they did not add a lot of unnecessary characters to the drama which i enjoyed . Although I wish we had explored their backgrounds more, the story still flowed well.

Most importantly, the drama knew when to stop! It was short, sweet, and never dragged on just to fill 16 or 20 episodes. I prefer that over a drama that loses its plot halfway through.

Definitely rewatch

I love this show really , a lot of giggles for me . The directors creativity was very well portrayed.
I actually prefer Lee Jun-Young in his bad boy always fighting roles . So this role really surprised me .
The show really managed to keep my attention, and played on almost all my emotions .

I like how the chariman experienced first hand how his kids really are ... and even how loyal his wife is .

I enjoyed this show over all .. maybe I'm a bit bias because of Lee Jun-Young .

But I've seen him in so many roles and this Man can act . Different genre , characters and emotions. He really is a on the same level as a Hollywood A list for me .

Storyline could be better

I absolutely loved temped and cruel intentions, so when watching this my expectations were at peak. However I realised that each directors approach to these type of films are different. My No.1 is still Tempted.

I though that the drama was more sensual amd not really erotic. The drama depected more 'feeling through sense' than sexual desire . Which was very well portrayed. However the chemistry between the leads were not what i was expecting... it seemed they were still playing it safe in a sense

While the "chase game" seemed a bit off for me...Cho Won trying to seduce Hul Yeon.. it seemed redundant.

It wasn't great but it was not bad ... i just wish there were more 'on the edge of my seat' plots. Over all the acting was good and the premise was good...

I don't really like Ji Chang Wook acting , i think I've watched maybe 2 of his dramas. But this was not one of those shows that I'd rather skip because of the cast.
And the ending was a bit bland for me ... when you start high end high to .. this happens a lot in kdramas I've watched
Well done crew , I think shooting a film like this isn't easy , and they did well..

Leads and second leads

I really like the FL , she did such an amazing job in DK I'm sure she'll pull this one off aswell

ML No problem with him, I like how his emotions show on his face.

2nd leads .. the second male lead i can deal with he is annoying but likable but the female lead is not my favourite, i don't know if the character is written to annoy a person but she annoys me so much i actually skip her scenes.

this really just gets better.. more plots and sub-stories . Our FL is really doing well with all her intrinsic emotions , displaying them in a way that we as the audience can feel and participate in . She is definitely showing signs of burnout and depression..

Wow. Actually upset that i have to wait another week... I think the SML chemistry and how intense his confusion is with regards with his emotions ,carries well over to the audience. The kissing tho? Are we on a windmill?😅 or is it just me

I like the twist this week on how everything is exposed ... the way the ML back story is incorporated bit by bit in the drama is very well executed... i just think the whole part on the watch being lost.. was unnecessarily. I also think it was necessary that the ML heard the recording, because those emotions the SML explained definitely contributes to her depression and anxiety .

This weeks episode (7) had me tearing up , My heart ached for Mi-Do, carrying so much and nobody saw the brokenness untill it came to a point like this .. or the people around her just got so used to her empty expression, that ,that become her norm.. burnout and depression became who she was to them and they never saw her silently screaming for help...

I've seen a lot of comments online about how people are against mido , but frankly she did end the relationship... namgun just kept holding on to her ... even in these last episodes ... he still wants to get married after all that... because she's all he's ever known. Staying in a forced relationship is not the answer... but thats just my opinion..
I think this is one of the best films this year for me

Potential down the drain

**Dynamite Kiss review 💋🔥**

This drama had such a **strong start**! The chemistry between the leads was undeniable, and the sexual tension? 👀🔥 I was hooked from the beginning. The looks, the little moments, the anticipation… they really knew how to build that tension.

And the **ML’s reactions and facial expressions**?! 😂 I was giggling, kicking my feet and smiling at my screen like a fool. His expressions were honestly one of my favourite parts of the drama.

The second lead… shame 😭. I actually felt for him because, when you look at his situation, he was only doing what he had to do. His storyline was bittersweet, and I wish we had gotten a little more emotional depth there.

And little **Kim Jun** 🥹❤️ — absolutely adorable! That little boy was such a cutie and completely stole my heart whenever he appeared.

**BUT… that ending. 😩**

How did we go from THAT chemistry and all that sexual tension to… _this_?! They completely destroyed the buildup for me. After spending so much time focusing on his anger, frustration and longing for her, I expected the moment they finally got together to be filled with emotion. I wanted to **feel** that payoff.

Instead, we barely got a proper kiss, barely got to see their relationship develop, and there was so little emotional growth between them. After everything they went through, it felt like the drama rushed through the one part I was actually waiting for.

And honestly, that's what disappointed me the most. **The chemistry was there. The potential was there. The buildup was there.** They had everything they needed for a satisfying ending, but somehow missed the mark when it mattered most.

The more K-dramas I watch, the more I find myself wondering… **do these writers actually know how to end a drama?!** 😂 Because why do they spend 90% of the drama making us wait for the payoff, only to give us crumbs when we finally get there?! 😭

_Dynamite Kiss_ could have been SO much more satisfying with a proper ending. 💋🥲

Worth the rewatch

I absolutely loved this show.
I loved the twins
I loved the emotions

The show really shows how broken relationship are so rooted im misunderstandings...
Our ML mother had me in tears .. because we don't realise how the pressure our parents put on us can lead to such deep rooted trauma and hatred .

Over all I'd probably watch this again and again .
It was a very well written drama , the characters were casted well . Our ML did such a good job portraying his two characters so well.

Worth the rewatch truly

Plot : Lee Jun Young

Obviously, I watched this K-drama for Lee jun-young 😂, but overall, it was actually a good drama. As per usual, he played his role really well. I genuinely think he always brings so much to his characters.

That being said, I do think there were a few things missing. First, I really wish there had been a plot twist where she actually didn’t die. I was hoping for something like that right until the end. 😭

And the boy who was injured and ended up in the hospital? I really wish they had given him a little bit of a happy ending too. I felt like his story deserved more.

If you enjoy crime, investigations, and law, I think this is definitely a drama you could enjoy. There’s basically no romance, so don’t go into it expecting a romance-centered story.

Overall, it’s a decent watch, especially if you’re looking for something to watch when you’ve run out of dramas. Just know that it is **slow-paced**, so you definitely need a little patience with it.

Of course I was going to watch *Brave Citizen* when it has BOTH of my favorite actors. 😭

Lee Jun-young honestly gave one of the roles I can see him playing so well. He was aggressive, intimidating, and just completely unhinged as the villain. Don’t get me wrong, he can play anything, but this kind of character? I REALLY see him in it. He ate this role up.

And then we have Shin Hye-sun, who, as per usual, came to the table and delivered. She completely immersed herself in the character, and I loved watching her. She has this ability to make you believe whatever character she’s playing, and she did it again here.

I genuinely think *Brave Citizen* is underrated and deserves more attention.

What I especially loved was the storyline surrounding bullying. We hear so much about how serious bullying can become and how badly it can affect people, so seeing someone finally step in and stand up for the people being oppressed was incredibly satisfying.

There was something really beautiful about watching a teacher decide that she wasn't going to stand by and let these students suffer anymore. It gave the story that feeling of *someone has to do something*—and sometimes, all it takes is one person being brave enough to step in.

I really enjoyed this one. It’s the kind of drama/movie that gives you that satisfying feeling of seeing bullies finally get what they deserve. 😭🔥

Hopefully tragedy

I was a little late to *Youth of May*, but honestly, this is one of the best tragic-ending dramas I’ve ever watched. 😭

And I’m definitely a sucker for a heartbreaking tragedy ending. There’s just something about a drama that gives you so much hope right up until the very end, only to completely destroy you.

I kept thinking, *maybe someone found her… maybe somebody saved her… maybe she’s still alive.* And then seven years later, they find her remains, and that little bit of hope just completely shattered.

The ending was absolutely heartbreaking, but it was so beautifully done. I went into this expecting a love story, and I left emotionally destroyed. 😭

Definitely one of those dramas that stays with you long after you finish it.

True Beauty

I actually did like *True Beauty*. I think this is one of those dramas that you can really relate to, especially if you’re a high school student.

You’re not always going to feel like you belong to the “elite” group. You’re not always going to feel pretty or confident. And sometimes you can find something you’re genuinely passionate about, only to have everyone around you tell you that it’s not a real career or that you should be doing something “more successful.” You need to go to college, become a doctor, a lawyer, or something that society considers impressive.

I liked that the drama showed that success and happiness don’t always have to look the way other people expect them to. Sometimes the thing you’re passionate about really can be something you create with your own hands and something that makes you happy.

Now, controversial opinion… 😂

I don't think the male lead had the best acting skills. **The face card? 100%. Absolutely. 😭** But being beautiful doesn't automatically mean you're a great actor. I just didn't feel as much from him as I wanted to.

And honestly, I think the second male lead was carrying this drama. He was SO entertaining. 😂 He made me laugh so much, and I felt like he brought a lot of personality and energy to the show. I genuinely looked forward to his scenes.

Overall, I think *True Beauty* was an **okay, fine, good drama**. 😂 I enjoyed it, I could relate to parts of it, and it definitely had some memorable characters and funny moments.

Would I call it one of my favourite K-dramas? No.

But did I enjoy watching it? **Absolutely.** 💗

Honestly, this was one of the best historical K-dramas I’ve seen in a while. I NEED them to make more K-dramas like this because this drama absolutely ripped my heart apart.

I loved Deok-im so much because she wanted to remain independent. She did love Yi San, but she also loved her freedom and the life she had built for herself. And honestly, I respected that so much. She didn’t just throw away who she was because she fell in love with him.

And the chemistry between these two??? SO GOOD. The tension, the little looks, the arguments, the longing… everything just worked. You could feel how much they loved each other, which somehow made everything even more heartbreaking.

This drama had me emotionally invested from beginning to end, and that ending genuinely destroyed me.

We seriously need more historical dramas like *The Red Sleeve* — beautiful storytelling, complicated characters, incredible chemistry, and a romance that actually makes you FEEL something.

I need another one like this immediately. 😭❤️‍🩹

I absolutely LOVED The Glory.

This is exactly the kind of K-drama that pulls me in. Give me **bullying, revenge, secrets, manipulation, sneaky twists and turns**, and I'm seated. 😂

From the beginning, *The Glory* had me hooked because of how dark and calculated the story was. Moon Dong-eun isn't looking for a simple apology or some moment of closure. She spends years carefully planning her revenge against the people who destroyed her childhood, and watching that plan slowly unfold was SO satisfying.

What I loved most was that Dong-eun wasn't rushing anything. She was patient. She watched. She learned people's weaknesses and waited for the right moments.

And honestly, I was there for every single bit of it. 😂

The bullying scenes were extremely difficult to watch, though. They weren't portrayed as harmless school drama—they showed just how cruel and devastating bullying can be and how deeply it can affect someone's life long after the actual abuse has ended.

And then we have the revenge.

**Oh, I LOVED the revenge.** 😭🔥

Watching Dong-eun slowly dismantle the lives of the people who had bullied her was incredibly satisfying. Every little secret that came out, every relationship that started falling apart, every moment when someone finally realized that Dong-eun wasn't the helpless girl they remembered...

I was eating it up.

What also kept me hooked were the **twists**. There were so many moments where I thought I understood what was happening, only for another piece of information to come out and change everything.

And the characters? Whew.

Some of them made me absolutely furious. 😂 The villains were so easy to hate because of how selfish, cruel and entitled they were. At times I genuinely wanted to reach through the screen.

I also really appreciated that Dong-eun wasn't portrayed as someone who simply forgot about everything and moved on. Her trauma shaped her. Her revenge consumed a huge part of her life, and the drama allowed us to see the emotional cost of what she had experienced.

That made the story more than just *"victim gets revenge."* There was a lot of pain underneath it.

And I have to mention the romance as well. I liked that it didn't completely take over the story. The main focus remained Dong-eun's journey, while her relationship with Yeo-jeong gradually became an important source of support and warmth in an otherwise incredibly dark story.

For me, *The Glory* is the kind of drama that makes you say:

**"Just one more episode."**

And then suddenly you're several episodes deep because you NEED to know what happens next. 😂

The combination of revenge, bullying, secrets, psychological games and unexpected twists was exactly my kind of storytelling.

Was it dark? Absolutely.

Was it sometimes uncomfortable? Definitely.

Did I enjoy watching Dong-eun's revenge unfold?

**YES. A THOUSAND TIMES YES.** 😂🔥

*The Glory* is easily one of those dramas that reminded me why I love K-dramas in the first place. It had me angry, shocked, emotional, satisfied and constantly trying to figure out what was going to happen next.

**This one was absolutely my cup of tea.**

Pleasantly surprised

I have to be honest—I have never really been a fan of Han So-hee .In the dramas I'd seen her in before, she always felt a little dry and dull to me. I just never really connected with her acting.

Then I watched My Name.

**And this woman ATE.** 🔥

I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed her in this role. Yoon Ji-woo was so different from the characters I'd seen her play before, and for the first time, I felt like I could really connect with her.

The story was dark, violent and intense, but what pulled me in was Ji-woo's pain. Losing her father in such a heartbreaking way completely changed the direction of her life. That scene broke my heart, and I understood why she became so determined to find the person responsible.

And then came the fighting.

The action scenes were one of my favorite parts of the drama. They were brutal, messy and physical. Ji-woo wasn't some invincible superhero—she got hurt, exhausted and beaten up, which made the fights feel much more real.

And yes...

**The intimate scene.** 👀😂

I loved it. It was unexpected, but I thought it worked because it gave Ji-woo a rare moment of vulnerability and connection in the middle of all the darkness.

But honestly, **the moment that BROKE me was when the ML died.** 💔

I was not prepared for that at all.

After everything Ji-woo had already lost, watching her lose someone she had finally begun to trust and care about was devastating. It felt like she couldn't catch a break. Just when she found a little bit of comfort and connection, it was taken away from her.

That death hit me harder because of everything that had happened before it. Ji-woo had spent so much of the story surrounded by violence, betrayal and loss, and his death felt like yet another reminder that she couldn't escape the world she had been pulled into.

By the end, I was emotionally exhausted. 😂

*My Name* isn't perfect, and I still wish we had gotten more character development and more time with certain relationships. But it delivered where it mattered most for me: **the action, the emotion, the revenge story and the heartbreak.**

And Han So-hee genuinely surprised me.

I went into this drama thinking she was dry and dull, and I came out thinking:

**"Okay girl... I owe you an apology. You ATE this role."** 😂🔥

Not good ,not great

Honestly, Happiness was okay for me.

It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. It was one of those dramas that I could put on when I wanted something to watch and just let the episodes carry me along. Basically, **something to pass the time**.

There were definitely things I enjoyed about it. The premise was interesting, and there were enough tense moments to keep me watching. The relationship between Sae-bom and Yi-hyun was probably one of the things I liked most. I appreciated that their relationship felt natural and that they trusted and supported each other without unnecessary drama.

But some of the characters? They INFURIATED me.

There were moments when I was sitting there thinking, *"Are you actually serious right now?"* Some of the characters' decisions and behavior had me more frustrated with the people than with the actual infected.

My biggest issue, though, was that I wanted ,more meat to the story.

The concept had so much potential, and I kept waiting for the story to go deeper. I wanted more development, more answers, and more substance behind what was happening. At times, it felt like the drama had an interesting idea but didn't fully take advantage of everything it could have done with it.

So, while I wouldn't say I hated *Happiness*, I also wouldn't put it anywhere near my favorite K-dramas.

It was entertaining enough, I finished it, and I don't regret watching it. But when I look back at it, my overall feeling is simply:

It was okay.

Not great.
Not terrible.
Just a decent drama to watch when you need something to pass the time.

What a masterpiece

Mr. Queen is one of those K-dramas that had me laughing, screaming, emotionally invested, and occasionally wondering what on earth I was watching. 😂 But if there is one thing I took away from this drama, it is this:

Shin Hye-sun is the GOAT for me.

This woman can ACT.

Seriously. The way she carried this drama was incredible. Playing a modern-day man trapped inside the body of a Joseon queen is already such a ridiculous concept, but Shin Hye-sun somehow made it believable. She didn't just play one character—she had to constantly balance the personality of Jang Bong-hwan with Queen Cheorin, and she made that whole situation absolutely hilarious and surprisingly emotional.

Her facial expressions alone deserve an award. 😂 The way she could change her expression in a split second had me laughing so many times. There were scenes where she didn't even need to say anything because her face said everything.

But what impressed me most was that she wasn't only funny. When the story became serious, she completely changed the energy of her performance. The emotional scenes felt genuine.

That's what made me appreciate her so much as an actress. She can make me laugh in one scene and then have me sitting there emotionally wrecked a few minutes later.

And then there's the chemistry with **Kim Jung-hyun**, who plays King Cheoljong. Their relationship starts off so strangely that I wasn't sure where it was going, but watching it develop was one of my favorite parts of the drama. Their interactions were hilarious, but there were also moments where their relationship became genuinely touching.

I also loved how *Mr. Queen* managed to mix comedy with palace politics. There were scheming characters, power struggles, betrayals, and serious moments happening alongside some of the most ridiculous comedy. Somehow, the drama managed to make all of it work.
