1. For me, the first time I realized Qinshuang was just Yeli's hallucination was during Yeli and LFB's scene. Yeli asked Qinshuang something, but from LFB's perspective, she was simply talking to empty air. Master Zhu was her second hallucination, although Master Zhu was actually Yeli herself

2. From my understanding, Qinshuang had been Yeli's maid since childhood, but she died for reasons that are still unknown. We still don't know how she died. so I dont know where that theory that Qinshuang is actually Yeli comes from

It’s so interesting watching a character with a split personality. Qinshuang appeared when Yeli felt completely alone, almost like the part of her that refused to let her face that loneliness by herself.
Master Zhu appeared when she was in the most dangerous situations, becoming the strength and protection she needed to survive.
MXY will gradually take on that role, becoming her companion and protector. someone she can rely on instead of creating those versions of herself to carry the burden. bcs of that, Qinshuang and Master Zhu may not need to appear anymore.
