In the ending scene you can clearly see that josee loved ml but she felt as if she was holding him back for example not being able to have children. She sort of preemptively did it at the aquarium by letting him know she was ok. Him crying helplessly was proof that he felt the same way but jn the end be didn't do anything so he was ashamed of it. They both loved eo and decided to take different paths and move on (and he went back to his ex? 😭)

People keep talking about the ml cheating when he clearly didn't. 😭😭
