Yes that's it ! Japanese version is the original one ! the Hong Kong version and Thai version is the remake version. I didn't watch the Thai version though. I think the Hong Kong version is a good remade, and slightly better than the original version, I may have bias cuz I am from Hong Kong and familiar with the actors. 😁 I just wanna say that Ash is more like any Chinese BL to me. The only thing that makes it like "Hong Kong" is the drama is in Cantonese and some "classic Hong Kong actors" is in the drama playing supporting role,but for the production part , it is nothing related to Hong kong
