I’m actually quite surprised! You’re usually even harsher with your ratings than I am, but somehow, I ended up being the stricter one when it came to this series. Haha

I’ve been reading your reviews for a while now because they’re incredibly realistic and straightforward, just like me! Your opinions are quite similar to mine. Although I don’t think *NOUR* deserves a 9 either, I still think it’s better than some of GMMTV’s BL series of the same genre that I’ve reviewed. As I put it at the end of my review:nn“One final thing: despite all its flaws, *NOUR* is still a lot more tolerable than some other series, and at least it was watchable enough to make it all the way to the finale. Unlike certain BL series from GMMTV, where the writing is so unbelievably trash that you have to wonder how anyone could even sit through the whole thing. And honestly, if you've watched those shows without being blinded by fandom loyalty, you already know EXACTLY how much of a fucking dumpster fire they are. I’ll skip my personal review of this boring, disappointing, and ridiculous series. Instead, I’d rather take a moment to praise you for what I genuinely believe is one of the fairest and most honest reviews I’ve come across.

I’ve watched a lot of series, and from time to time, I come here to read reviews and opinions about the shows I’ve just finished. And honestly, I have to say this: you’re one of the most fair and unbiased reviewers I’ve come across.

Recently, whenever I finish watching a BL series, I find myself looking for your review first. I trust your opinions because you judge a show based on its actual quality and execution, not just hype or popularity. You’re not the kind of person who gives everything exaggerated praise or inflates a series simply because it has a large fanbase.

In fact, the way you rate and evaluate BL series is surprisingly similar to my own taste, which is probably why I enjoy reading your reviews so much.

Thai BL releases an incredible number of series every year, but if we’re being completely honest, truly high-quality ones can probably be counted on one hand. Quantity has never been the same as quality and that’s exactly why I appreciate reviewers who are willing to be honest and critical when necessary.

So yeah, I’ll leave the criticism of this particular series for another day. For now, I just want to say that I genuinely appreciate your honesty. Please keep reviewing BL series the way you do fairly, critically, and without being influenced by unnecessary hype. Some of us genuinely appreciate it.
