this show gave me purpose. i’ve never felt more passion to live. phu was charming in a life altering way. his smile will linger in my mind for years to come. if you don’t want to have a codependent relationship with a show then don’t watch this masterpiece. never forget.
Anyone who has any sense of moral standards should not watch this show. Why did Jay save the main guy from assault just to immediately assault him afterwards and the show portrays it as charming… I’m genuinely so disgusted by the ways this show is glorifying abuse and assault. What pisses me off is the main guy and the uncle are both great actors and good characters but everyone else needs to be taken off the planet. I’m actually scared of everyone here that thinks this plot is just “dark”. The main couples interactions should not be mostly assault. This show could have been good…… if there wasn’t blatant ASSAULT, which seems to be the baseline of the show so maybe there was never any hope. Please do not watch this and be ragebaited like I was.
