Flora was bothered by Zang Yao because of stories he had about them from lumi plus the flowers nothing about them hugging so people getting bothered by a hug be serious , hugs are the most innocent form of affection, you can hug anyone it not limited to the person you in relationship with, hugs are like handshakes it not a big deal,you guys should notice Luke just doesn't like flora interacting with men even when she doing nothing he will still get mad as long as a man was around her
