You Are My Glory brings a genuinely fresh and unique concept to the table, blending career struggles, aerospace themes, and gaming in a way that stands out from standard romance tropes. There are plenty of aspects to appreciate, but it isn't entirely without flaws.
A major drawback is the female character, who feels somewhat rushed and bland. Additionally, while the premise is interesting, the chemistry between the leads can occasionally feel a bit rushed at certain turning points, disrupting the natural emotional progression.
The handling of intimacy is also a bit of a mixed bag. At times, certain intimate scenes felt completely rushed or unnecessary, while other moments that actually required that emotional payoff fell short. Overall, it’s an ambitious watch with a neat concept, but character depth and structural inconsistencies keep it from reaching its full potential.
