MESSAGE TO THE FANS, WRITERS, CAST, AND PRODUCTION TEAM:

I know some fans sympathise with Mi-do, and everyone has the right to their own interpretation. But viewers also have the right to criticise the writing when betrayal seems to be excused while the person who was hurt is expected to keep forgiving.

**Let's be clear: Mi-do was the one who cheated first.** She crossed the line with Tae-seung while she was still in a relationship with Ho. Yet the story seems determined to surround her with excuses while Ho's loyalty and ten years of love become reasons for him to keep tolerating the pain. Why is Mi-do allowed to make her own choices, but when Ho starts developing feelings for Soo-ah, she suddenly wants to control his heart?

Ten years of love should not become a chain that forces someone to remain with a person who betrayed their trust. Love is not an excuse for cheating, and a painful past, depression, alcohol, grief, or lust should not automatically erase personal responsibility. Mi-do's feelings may be complicated, but **she still needs to take accountability for being the first to betray the relationship.**

Please give us stories that respect both sides of a relationship. Give us characters who face the consequences of their choices, regardless of gender. Ho deserves the freedom to choose his own happiness, and Soo-ah deserves to be treated as more than a temporary option while Mi-do decides what she wants.

KBS and the writing team, please do better. A drama can explore complicated relationships without making accountability feel optional. The present generation deserves intelligent storytelling that understands the difference between explaining someone's behaviour and excusing it.

This is my honest opinion as a viewer. I am disappointed that Mi-do's betrayal seems to receive so much sympathy while Ho's pain risks being pushed aside. **Please stop treating forgiveness as an obligation and start giving accountability the importance it deserves.** 💔
