Not because of novel writer -> because if they had adapted novel as EXACTLY as it is then whole people that are excusing ML will be the one who will blame him and will curse him. So it might be that mostly the changes made in this drama is a choice by the drama team, not from novel writer. I am DEFENDING only FL here, neither ML nor SML. For me, She is the victim here in this drama/novel. She is a strong woman with 💪 convictions. Her self-respect and ability to endure that kind of trauma are commandable for me. You like her chemistry with the ML, WHILE I like her as a 💪 and independent character. I believe I have made myself clear.

She is keeping every person who harmed her in her life. She does that for whole people around her like Giving in to ML for the life of SML etc... I find her having more control over in her emotions compared to ML. People in this story are weak, especially men compared to women.

i 🤔 Chemistry is not there because of both their personality. I find more chemistry for both FL and SFL onscreen even without romance. I think the level of passion between them also are different too. She has more control over her emotions while he has not. The romance will look like stockholm syndrome than original love. If writer is going to that route I can look at pingjun in pain and pity only. What a disastereous life that might be.

True. they changed the novel, they should changed alot more. Like they both might need character development after that incident but not romance. Both should move on from each other.

why are comparing her with liangxiang?. Both stories are written by two different people. And why are angry to her, why not to writer?. Problem here is scriptwriting more than the pingjun itself. In against the current, FL knows SML later in her life. Here they were family, Before going to japan he was a good person so she might have left some hope for him and he is in her circle... It is only reasonable for her not to avoid him that easily. Anyone getting 😤 is understandable but hating her for this is not reasonable. Also ML was so bad to her in previous episodes, still FL keeping him also in her life. She is not the one who cheated or got SA but she is the getting hatred for both of them being around her.

No, both were good for me. For me, them and actors who playing pingjun's parents were the best. My favourite scenes is where when pingjun was asking to her father about her mother, that single scene gave me goosebumps, also when she was taken to throw in water, oh that look she given her father with pain, angry and sad where going through her eyes and subtle clench of Jaws etc.. were more impactful than any other scenes in ep. 21. Pingjun is a character that is reserved, so her expression and actress's acting is also going to be exactly that - Silent crying and heartbreak, not like ziyi who is boastful, loud and spiteful. I really liked acting of actress in scene when ziyi was indirectly exposes her father because of pure spitefulness towards pingjun.

I don't see anything that ping Jun is doing intentionally with SML in hospital bed. She was crying too badly and he went to her to comfort her. Who is in her despair she did not check who was near her. weird that you people are accusing her for vulnerability like no humans have that.
