as I am reading the novel, it says that the wolf society is very closed and secretive... it also says that Phatsa was one of those kids left alone in their house for weeks/months at a time. so that might be why he never heard of it... and it's obvious he is physically a late bloomer

I had a brain and spinal cord infection and one of the continual side effects is anxiety. I didn't know why I was re-watching it, because it's not something I usually do ... but at some point in questioning myself about it, I came to the realization that watching MS made the anxiety stop for a while. I think I can add KNOT to the list that works... so it may be something about the lead actors

pheromones are a thing IRL. I could literally drink and eat my soulmate's saliva & other. I used to sleep with my hand in his armpit... And definitely when you're with someone who's pheromones don't match, it can sometimes be agonizing if you're extremely sensitive to it.
