I liked the series and I think it's one of the best this year, but I would've preferred Great to die instead of…
Korn stated at some point that he wanted to take over his father's work to be able to announce his relationship with Tonkla after he becomes powerful. He knew at his last moments that he didn't need that to be with him but that was his mindset back then.
He had the chance to show love to Fai but he didn't and made it clear to her that he's with her for work. Even at the last time they met each other he couldn't argue with her about the fact that he never loved her and he only had Tonkla and the thought of them running away together at his last 4 minutes.
So yeah I don't think it was one sided. He most probably had his father's work as priority (partly for teir relationship announcement) but he did love him in his own messed up way..
i am just wondering for all the people who kept saying that tonkla scenes are sooo important for the plot, and…
It's like a whole chain like if Great didn't get shot, he wouldn't have those 4 minutes, so he wouldn't want to be a better person, Tyme wouldn't feel as bad for him and reconsider their relationship together and so on. That's how series work and action leads to the other.
Yeah I was so immersed in it until I noticed the spoiler topic. Their vision is pretty clear and viewing a deeper aspect to them, I do hope to see more of these.
on a side note it was indeed magnificent! but it was kinda long😭 no matter how fast u swipe to avoided it your eyes will catch one sentence or two so yeah I hope they reconsider too..
no opposing parents? Honey, Donghee had to leave his house because his father doesn't accept his sexuality, he…
I think you're skipping an important part which is Hotae. Why would Donghee do anything to push their relationship forward when: 1) till their last day together, Hotae still had a gf. 2) they kissed intensely twice and he still couldn't figure out that there are feelings there. Maybe the excuse for Hotae is him figuring out his sexuality and maybe he's a little slow but Donghee left for 7-8 years, those should've been enough for him to think it through but no even when Donghee came back, Hotae still had a gf and then when he asked him out he said let's do it for a month, exactly like how he does with his gfs that he didn't care about.
Another aspect is Hotae's mother. Maybe you didn't pay much attention to the dialogues but Hotae's mother doesn't seem so accepting of Donghee's sexuality. She said 1) She owed him so she feels whatever bad things he does she can't get mad at him (smth like that) 2) it doesn't matter to her wether he liked men or women In both speeches she stated it as a thing she didn't care about wether it's bad or wrong. She had three chances to clearly till him that there's nothing wrong about him but she didn't which implies that she isn't so accepting either but in a better way than his dad, she accepts Donghee regardless of whatever flows she sees in him. Wether in ttof or uls, Donghee showed that he's sorry towards her. He deeply does care about her feelings which shows in his warnings to Hotae in uls in several occasions to not make his mother worried.
So yeah his father was in the past and Hotae himself and his mother are in the past and present so it's not as simple as you're looking at it.
Actually people who haven't watched the final should not press the spoiler button but they're free to come and see opinions that don't contain spoilers. spoiler option is there for a reason after all. The person who's asking for spoiler alert isn't at wrong here.
YO Bas saw a chance to prove himself as a BRILLIANT actor and snatched the hell out of it! WHAT WAS THAT?!! I…
I was a little worried near the end that they might do the same twist as dff where everything seems alright but then they find themselves still in the loop but thank god they didn't.
btw I no longer feel bad towards Win. Now that the suspect is a regular citizen he could be in action and go arrest him but when it was about powerful people he couldn't do anything, I know they took his evidence and it's just a corrupted system but he's part of that system and knows that what Tonkla did was achieving justice that the police chickened out from doing and then sitting there looking sadly at his photo like bitch I don't like u!
YO Bas saw a chance to prove himself as a BRILLIANT actor and snatched the hell out of it! WHAT WAS THAT?!! I got shiver all over. Now I got a favourite actor in boc beside Bible and Apo. His acting was actually the highlight of this episode for me tbh.
The order this was made as is watching uls and then getting a flashback with ttof but if you like to watch things in their original order you'd go with ttof first as it's the prequel
It’s been a long time since I was in high school, so this may be a generational gap. Why were those girls so…
In the manhwa Donghee said that he was two-timing, which would make sense cause we saw him when he started dating the short hair girly but didn't see when they broke up nor when he started dating the third one and guys outside classroom said "I knew this was gonna happen" so he was most probably two timing while actually not caring about any of them🤦♀️
UUUUGH!!!! I'm sick and tired of these plots. it makes no f* sense to me. The love each other and they kinda know…
no opposing parents? Honey, Donghee had to leave his house because his father doesn't accept his sexuality, he hit him even on his birthday just because he came home. Still he doesn't think his father was wrong for neglecting him and thinks he's hurt because of his sexuality. it's a kid who's not accepted by his own parent in the first place which is harder than merely opposing to a relationship.
Not really the last episode was so bad and it is not even close to love for loves sake and jazz for two
Jazz for two wasn't that good but bud are u watching only for the chemistry? Beside the (game story), love for love's sake nearly had the eighth's sense struggling topics but better. It showed that depression, losing dear one, desire to change (but was done SO MUCH better in art n story telling aspect), brutal family issues and even self harm. Had better pace, directing, cinematography. So calling Love for love's sake boring in comparison with the eighth sense doesn't make sense or implies that you don't watch for the plot but for the couple which is lame ngl. The eighth sense as a series was good but doesn't stand a chance w Love for love's sake
Nadie, you totally speak what I was thinking. I got so excited during the episodes. I let out so many WOW! NO…
RIGHT?🤣 even the acting, like sometimes the plot is good but acting turns me off but it's far away from that in 4 minutes. if the last episode goes well, this would be series of the year undoubtedly
well still one epispde to go, but hands down this is the best series boc has done, plot, acting, directing, cinematography. The story telling order which might be confusing to some people is actually not easy to excute this perfectly. I don't remember me being SO impressed by a Thai drama since IFYLITA..
