cuz as you said before, he "simply" figured out he likes someone so at the heat of the moment he confessed that regardless of who he is but then it was the right thing to part ways seeing how regretful Sunwoo was when Doyeon came to complain to him. and it's totally valid to be dramatic about it n all u described earlier cuz it's basically stealing someone's lover.
