There's lots of assumption here. If it was just mild teasing, people here will be understanding for sure, no one has personal vendetta to ostracize some celeb. So we need to know what truly happened before defending blindly or accusing blindly.

Cancel and suicide culture on steroids.Who are Koreans kidding? EVERYONE in that society bullies everyone, even…
Cancel culture before knowing anything factual is indeed an issue. A huge one in fact. However, this doesn't discount any grievance faced by the victim (whoever it may be- the person accusing or the one accused (if accuser is lying or exaggerating). Also, we can't really go on and generalize that everyone bullies, so as long as one isn't a repeat offender it's all good & chill, especially since we don't know the extent of what truly happened. (throwback to the kdrama glory if that helps gauge how severe bullying can potentially be)

With all that said, we have 0 factual evidence and it's all both sides blaming with 0 evidence and no aid of any witness (an ex-classmate or school teacher, or anyone). So for now, cancel culture is truly awful for canceling without knowing anything factual from either end with proper evidence.
