Ohhh I loved this! It does not have as many couple-moments as Dating in the Kitchen has but it still shines with its many hilarious moments. The acting is superb. Truly Dating in the Kitchen and this one are two dramas worth watching. 9,5/10
i feel like i'm the only one confused lmao, what is the deal with the ghost and everything and how does it play…
thats the big mystery. Is this a supernatural occurrence or is it a mind trick? Ahhh i love how the viewer is still not able to answer that. Last week I thought ok we were moving towards a supernatural answer but this week I think it may be just hypnosis and a mind trick.
I really enjoyed the cinematography of this, the unique characters and the general build up. What I missed was sometimes they left things unsaid or did not give us any idea as to how and why certain things are the way they are. But maybe this is a possibility for a season 2? Regarding the ending, I actually loved episode 8 and 9 the most. It had a lot of dialogue that is not only criticizing society but also the value of money and power. Too bad they did not go into this deeper. The rest was a mixture of "Lord of Flies" and Hunger Games. Well done, 9,5/10
wow this was absolutely amazing! The female lead seems at first a bit annoying but oh lord does this have an amazing character development! Plus truly well done story, amazing cinematography and music, truly well established characters and great suspense. A true well done drama that is not boring at all in its 24 episodes 9,5/10
A really well produced drama. I truly enjoyed the interesting storylines and the complexity. It never got boring the first 15 episodes. Then it hit a point where it slowed down and stretched till the end a bit too much. While it did add to the character development, it was quite hard to keep watching as a viewer. Still the acting, the production and the basic storyline were well done 7,5/10
It was alright. The case was a bit disappointing though since we did know all that the characters did not know, and thus excitement and suspicion was reduced to a minimum. It was however also enjoyable to watch. 7/10
A new character poster has gone up and another small trailer on Weibo. Hopefully that means something.
iqiyi published its trailer so its definitely going to air soonish the first of the new Light on Series dramas will air on oct 13th so im pretty sure this one will come out in a few weeks too
I'm a little afraid of a cliffhanger in epi 14, so I'll wait for the next episode before watching it.
Its not a cliffhanger that leaves you devastated or frustrated though, so no need to worry :) in terms of cliffhanger its a good one. Makes you curious but not go bonkers from counting down days.
just finished this last night. altho some things were kinda predictable, I truly love it!! any news of season…
there is "The Long Night" which follows a different version of Yan Liang. And Burning Ice is kind of the premier for the Light on Series. They are not per say interlinked but they are very similarish in terms of production and build up and are done by the same group of people who did Burning Ice.
A very interesting concept regarding public opinion, justice and power. I absolutely loved the idea behind it and it was such an interesting democracy criticism. Even todays time was added in a quite interesting way. So for this this drama deserves a solid 10 Acting wise it was also absolutely a joy to watch Sadly the characters where the main problem. There was development and then there was none. There was a logic part and then there where those many illogical actions and decisions. Now this might have been intended but as a viewer i got quite frustrated and annoyed to such a length that it took em months to find the motivation to finish this. Therefore its a 7/10
I never thought they would truly confirm all the cast listened for "our blues". This is going to be THE drama for 2022. So extremely excited for it >,<
truly well done jdrama. it had so many funny and light moments and then such sad and dark ones. A great mix and an entertaining set of unique characters. It should have gotten more episodes thought to truly deepen each characters backstory but maybe that will be done in the future :) 8/10
is this drama gonna be the next SKY Castle or more like Graceful Friends -_-I'll trust the Director of East of…
Graceful Friends was good too though. It just spoke to a different viewer group But I agree, lets hope this will be a good one. Missing 9 was a bit disappointing in the end but the other works of Ashbun are not bad. + Cho Yeo Jung normally picks quite interesting dramas.
I was right. I knew it all along. I don't usually gloat about these things but I will in this instance. There was…
The characters are interesting but predictable, yes, however honestly i think the main gem of this is the extreme critical take on politics. Just wow. The screenwriters are quite daring there
