a true masterpiece really... story wise, the acting, the back story and the little wits just everything overall did justice to the webtoon and cgi wasn't awkward at all
ingyu and minju were truly birds of a feathers towars the end (= it means annoying) you have to watch this without too much expectations especially if you've seen the original or you'll be deceived. great watch though, the cuts, scenery and even the furniture of the sets lol were top notch it was all pretty and enjoyable to the eye
ok so i'll try to make it short. i have 2 theories as to why seom killed him :
1. as she doesn't get most emotions and can't really tell what's good from bad, she associated fear with dying and like we saw in one episode to ease that cat's pain she killed it (he even told her she did well) that was her form of help, and from that he validated her action as not bad. he gave her more clarity about what is good and what is bad and her mom used to do that too so she perceived it as a form of love. thus when she got attacked she felt scared and didn't want to die so when she acted on it to defend herself it was also categorised as not bad and didn't get punished for it. therefore when she saw that he was struggling and didn't know what to do with himself she helped him and didn't have a problem with it since she's done it before. him to her was like that dying cat i would say. even though she loves him and knew he didn't deserve it she just wanted to help the one she loves.
2. since he used her app to lure his victims, smashed her demo version? and even tried to trick her with her own app (how dare he) she killed him because the program that she developed is more important than him because who does he think he is lol
in conclusion yes kim young kwang you have a very beautiful back other than that some of the script was poorly written sorry.
this spring drama made my weekends brighter, got me wishing for the week to end just to watch it, each episode is special and the 90s vibes are immaculate. their platonic relationship that evolved into romantic feeling even if the age gap was quite questionable at first, it was quite a mature ending and i'm satisfied with it. loved this drama and kim tae ri <3
cute and light drama with a sense of wit, not much unnecessary drama except for the last 2 episodes but anyway the side characters saved the last episodes for me
sorry but i couldn't take the leader of this cult seriously, who would trust an old man with platinum hair which foundation shade's 3 times lighter than his complexion... he literally looks like a super junior member.
other than that they could've picked a cast that fits the age criteria it was kinda awkward watching grown adults playing highschoolers even though they just portrayed what was in the webtoon.
sang mi parents really gave me the creeps so props to them, can't believe they dragged the story for 16 episodes though as an ocn drama this could've been wrapped with 12 episodes.
overall this drama was kind of comedic actually lol don't know if it was the intent.
knew the last 2 episodes will be rushed and it's often the case with light hearted drama like these... nonetheless it was very enjoyable and touching.
you will be missed...
