it was worth the hype that it got

the show is so good, very well done compared to many other netflix series. the plot is so full of mystery and creativity, while i know many people did guess about who the cop's brother is etc but there is also things that you cant guess, for exemple it was surprising about how in ep 2 they went back to their old life before going back again in the game that was not expected. the games were really entertaining and horrifying in the same time as its childhood games used like that

the whole hiarchy about the pink soldiers too is really cool, about how the circle ones are the workers, the triangle ones are the army and the square are the managers,then the front man then the host which is on top.there is also a lot of hidden signs in the serie that you cant find easily ,about how the old man is behind it all and how the games are on the wall and its really cool.
now lets talk about the cast, i dont think there is a better cast than this, the acting is really on top. ep 6? seriously you cant stop the tears, you find yourself so attached to the characters which is something you dont find in every serie. it shows you as well how humans behave when they are desperate so you see a lot of different behaviors from those who sacrifice themselves to those who trick others to survive and its true that every one deal with those situations differently depending on their mental health and their personality. the only thing to criticize here is the vips acting,its cringy and doesnt look realistic to me but again its a korean show so they probably werent aware of it, also if the vips are full of foreign people who dont all speak english fluenty then it could turn cringy, i just dont think that all of them are american.

the last thing i want to mention is the music, its so so goooooood, the "pink soldier" song is so addicting and there is other songs that are also so cool.
overall the show deserve the hype and you can feel that there is a lot of effort behind it im happy when people who worked so hard got what they deserved, for now i can only wish that season 2 dont be rushed, i want them to take their time and make a good plot i dont want it poorly done because season 1 really give high expectations

maybe its just me but i loved it so much

i will start first about things that i didnt like and then end this review with what i loved.
*there is going to be spoilers here*
first it was so short, i really wish it was longer while i understand that korean bls for now are short , the plot is way too much simple too so basically there is not much going on in the serie. the issue between the bestfriends was solved but it was not clearly shown how they come to terms with it, again i understand that was rushed by how short the bl is so yeah.

what i loved is the main characters, can i talk about the chemistry? omg , i was really trying to not fangirl and i watched the serie in 1 day and yeah while the eps are so short im still not someone who watch a show in one day so thats surprising to me,the chemistry is so good ,they look so good together ,Hae Won is so so pretty ,the music is so beautiful too i did download one song from there in my phone and listen to it from time to time. i really loved the vibe the show is giving too,its cute and light and the ending was also satisfying,i really want a season 2 where it could be longer and they could make a more developped plot. while most of time i dont really enjoy korean bls because they are short ,i did really like this the most

good vibes

this felt like a dating show and i love it. the main thing that i love is that it works out for both having friends and finding your match to act together in a bl but its also open to be more . you can feel that the cast genuinely care about each others too.
i like that Poom is a part of the hosts here and that they treated him nicely and warmly included him
i also loved seeing Max, him acting with few of the cast, it shows how good he is as an actor
plus the endgame is worth it too im happy for them, the last clip was good it shows that they can act and they have good chemistry. it will be cool if i can see them acting together in a bl, i hope that id see the others too having their own dramas.

i liked the cast

watching the cast, it was overall enjoyable, but i think that its a shame if Wave and Phupha dont get main lead roles because they were not picked, they are the most attractive in the show and this should not be wasted.
maybe they will pair Phupha with James? who knows lol as he was flirting with him ,he obviously wants to act with him.
the part where Otto walked in front of Phupha then walked away saying bye. that was cruel. why they made him do that? for more drama? im happy for the ships that sailed, while i find both Ryujin and North amusing, they made it really feel like they are in a dating show not a couple matching for work XD

final ep wasnt released

im changing my rating to 1 because:
-they ruined a good show by not posting the final ep
-i check after ages and still its the same situation
-fake promises of "we will release the ep", whats the point of lying?
-there was preview so the final ep was filmed but 0 explanation about what happened
-this is a lack of respect to both the audience and the actors: the worst thing to do is to never post the final ep thats cruel to the audience who were invested in the show but never got a closure about how it ended, and its also not something good to do this to the actors who worked hard and gave it their all. whats worse is lying that they will post it, clarity/transparency was needed. you might not have the answer that the audience wanted but at least be clear

the first half is good then its not anymore

the first half (about 30 mins-35 mins) was okay, this movie is so explicit i was surprised but i find it hot, there was an interesting story at first, the acting is alright too.. id say its better to stop when the fl's father decide to visit them because later on it went downhill.
as the synposis is , the ml is gay and he only married the fl for mutual interest, he has a lover and she knows, which he later told him to live with them.

*why i didnt like the last part and how it ruined it for me: *spoilers*
-Otoya trusted his lover and thats why he asked him to move in with them then Junpei betrayed that trust by cheating on him with the wife
-he said its not the first time he cheated and he or Otoya punched the girl then? => violence agaisnt woman, put your frustration on your partner instead as he is the one who is supposed to be faithful to you
-after cheating she ended up pregnant, and surprisingly its good for them as both his and her family want to see granddaughter/son, he got mad a bit ,went to sleep with another guy then forgave him

* what i wanted to happen:
-divorce her as she didnt commit to the terms that they talked about , break up with his bf and be with someone loyal (how many times he cheated on as he claims its not the first time, why keep staying with someone who is unfailthful to you)
- or even better, for this bs to not even happen, the couple could have talked about it then he get his consent to sleep around and have a baby

I had to drop it

If you’ve moved on with your life and found someone else, it’s important not to leave another person hanging. That’s what I would call cheating, when you don’t break things off but you are dating someone else.
One person keeps waiting for you while you’re already with someone new. The truth might hurt, but it’s still much better than cheating and hiding it, which only makes things worse.
I also want to mention that this has nothing to do with sexualities. Cheating is about a person’s choices, not their sexuality.
Then it gets even worse, she starts to threaten him then slept with his lover... This show is pissing me off, so I’m dropping it.
