I can guarantee you that locs are not fashion trend in China, but fashion and culture do overlap. For example Chinese Hanfu is a part of Chinese culture but it's also a part of fashion.

I don't have any locs in real life, and don't know too much about them. I just don't get why they need to research about it. I'm also pretty sure that the locs were a wig. What part of the hairstyle was not ok? ( Sorry if i sound rude but I genuinely don't get it )

Ooh I know what your talking about, you're talking about his sidekick that fights a lot. Honestly it did look pretty bad but it was only in the first episode bc later he got a haircut. I mean come on you're gonna give this drama 1.0 stars bc of a haircut you couldn't handle for less than 25 min ??? :(
