And no its not that we want a happy ending, its the betrayal. We saw Tofu as the main character from he beginning while Tarn was just a coma patient, all the scenes we saw of Tarn were literally just flashbacks and retelling.
Why was it necessary to play with Tofu's fragile feelings just so his abuser Nat get his happy ever after with his so called first love that he supposedly doesn't love anymore? Nat literally keeps playing the "I'm in love with two persons but in a different way," that's selfish. He stayed with Tofu until Tarn woke up, then moved on to Tarn as soon as Tofu "died."
To make it even worse, why keep Tofu as a teddy bear in their house? To watch them make love? Or to wait for him unless Tarn goes into a coma again as a second option? Lmao
Its like yeah Nat's abuse and homophobia is very realistic and I wouldn't want that to happen to anyone, but he also was abusive and toxic to Tofu. So Tofu's feelings and memories aren't important bc he's a teddy bear but bc of Nat's history he deserves a happy ending with his long lost love even at the expense of Tofu's whole wellbeing and feelings

I'm really enjoying this! Was looking for a strong revenge makjang to start while this has been burried in my PTW. Binged my way up to ep 6 and my eyes are already so sore, haven't cried this much watching a drama in a long time, and this means something about how good it is!
With new dramas from 2015 and up, its so hard for me to connect with any of the characters and even if the main leads are dying I either laugh my ass off or have a blank face bc we know main leads don't die 99% of the time.
With this drama I even feel so much for the side characters, whether they die or are just hurt my tears start pouring, let alone the main character. Even tho I knew what was gonna happen from the synsobis itself, I still cried my eyes out lmao. The characters reaction to loss is so realistic, I see myself in the main character.
I miss raw kdramas like this from 2000-2012, we don't have that style and quality of acting anymore, these days they just focus on looks and poker face like they came out of a manga.

I do normally like body swap plots but can't handle it in this specific one maybe gender and sexuality is the center of a BL. Not just was the acting/chemistry a let down, but all the skin ship with Korn and Win while he's in Lin's body. Their moments cuddling together in bed was supposed to be romantic but the body Korn is having skinship with is Lin.
Yeah Korn always loved Win, he's always his number 1 whatever he's body is like, but that's very very superficial. But come on that's not realistic. Let's be honest, love isn't just platonic, its also physical, the main thing irl that attracts people to each other is physical attraction. Idk how its possible for Korn to get butterflies cuddling Win when he's in Lin's body.
And that's coming from an asexual person, if someone like me feels this way about their relationship in this plot then something is very wrong lmao.

Their interactions feel forced and awkward, and they keep doing a scene where their eyes accidentally meet and stare at each other literally every 5 minutes and it doesn't even look like there's any chemistry. I usually binge watch dramas but dragged my ass in 2 days to watch this and barely finished ep 3.
Whoever did the video editing in the last part of ep 3 needs to reevaluate their career, and that singing/dancing scene was so random and unneeded.
