Its been a while since I watched it so I don't know what to tell you, but all I can say is that its really worth the watch and the chemistry between the two male leads is on fire, they'll fight for each other even when the whole world, literally, turns on them

Actually he's not underrated at all, he's planned as a main lead in 5 upcoming dramas

what's wrong with saying he'd act in a BL when he needs money? he's an actor, its his job to act a role for money. Are you saying he won't get money if he acts in a hetero romance drama?? He seems straight, its normal to not feel very comfortable doing very sexual things with another guy. Your view on BL is superficial, just bc guys act a ROLE as a gay character, doesn't mean they have to be comfortable with it. ITS A ROLE, part of acting whether straight or not

I don't know why people like to jump tp the conclusion that I'm not good at watching or understanding dramas like this just because I don't enjoy this specific one as much as you do. And the audacity to generalize that I only watch idol dramas.. lmao have you even looked at my drama list? You were watching dramas for over a decade so it makes you feel like you're a know it all more than anyone else? Lmao I've been watching Asian dramas myself since 2007 and this wuxia genre is actually my favorite. I do understand everything you say about the drama and that's why I stayed for 17 episodes BUT I DIDN'T ENJOY IT, watched lots of good wuxia dramas that this drama doesn't leave up to my expectations. I don't like characters that faithfully follow the path others created for them and are afraid of breaking rules.

I literally watched 17 episodes, 17 hours, half the drama, and you're telling me this genre isn't my type just because I don't like this specific story?? I hate people who generalize and make assumptions and act like a know it all, you can predict things about a drama and make assumption because its fictional but IM NOT FICTIONAL, IM A REAL PERSON.

I've always loved Tin and Can together. Tin has this very sexy look, he's so hot, arrogant, hurt, lost trust and needs someone cute and clumsy like Can to make him believe in people and love again- like a kdrama plot haha. I never liked Ae/Pete's relationship as much as I liked Tin/Can's short moments in season 1, this season is like the treat I really needed.

Tin's acting is soooo good, one of the few BL actors who's acting doesn't make me cringe

Also to anyone who's annoyed that they recapped Tin/Can's scenes from season 1 before they continued with their new scenes, actually I think this was very smart to so since they didn't just recap their scenes but stretched them out with fillers where it looks more realistic to follow and see both of their POV. Also the recap of their moments from season 1 is really good for people who just want to watch Tin/Can's story without watching season 1.

I just really felt that Ae got too much screen time here and I didn't feel interested at all, always skipped. For those who want to see Ae/Pete's continuation that happens after this season then read the novel, its available in English on Amazon kindle and its very cheap.

In this season alone, there's 4 couples: 2 have bf/bf romance, 1 has a long distance romance, and the third one is a 3 love triangle of unrequited love (as in Tum's unrequited love for his step brother continues here, someone else has an unrequited love interest for Tum. Tum and his brother's relationship will continue in TharnType season 2 but their characters have different actors. Tum and his brother's story starts in TharnType s1, continues in Love by chance s1 and s2 then continues in Tharntype s2)

China cancelled ZheZhan, took the drama "Word of Honor" of the shelves, cancelled all his dramas and sponsorships, deleted his weibo, just bc some "fans" notice social media pictures from a few YEARS BACK of ZheZhan attending his friend's wedding in Japan and his friend's wedding happened to be at a temple that honors some Japan heros who contributed in the war against China, and some other pictures of when he went to Japan as a tourist of another temple/chamber that coincidentally holds another Japanese heros. Obviously ZheZhan was just like any other tourist taking pictures and visiting places, he doesn't speak Japanese to be able to know that those were Japanese heros that China hates. "fans" commented thousands of mean comments on his instagram too so he deactivated his instagram for a while, now his instagram is on private (China couldn't delete his instagram account too bc its not owned by China). He apologized for his mistake that angered China and his "fans" but they cancelled him anyways. He pressed charges against whoever caused this slander in December and is still waiting for justice.

I enjoyed skipping through this "special," it felt like any other episode. Didn't really feel interested in all their couples moments here since they became a couple very very early in season one so their couple moments feels repetitive to me. I prefer when the romance is a slow burn then the couple moments will feel like a treat

But I enjoyed the scene with Type's parents, it was funny

I dropped TharnType many times before and really hated it, thought it was very toxic. But picked it up again from ep 4 and feel like I was too harsh, I finally enjoyed it this time.

Seems that if you skip episode 3 then you can watch it and enjoy it without having to feel the "disgust" that TharnType is famous for which also previously made me drop it many times.

If you skip ep 3 and watch from ep 4 then I guarantee you'll be able to enjoy it and their relationship progress will seem normal. From ep 4 on, Type is the one throwing advances at Tharn, he also has a lot of progress at dealing with his internalized homophobia that was caused by childhood sexual abuse

Gun is literally like a baby, whenever I see him on screen my paternal instincts kick in. I laugh when he's acting like a gangster, cute baby swag

What moral of the story are they getting at in ep 16? That its Sun Joo and Mira's fault for being too materialistic and always showing off with the newest high heels, and that they changed and became normal by wearing comfortable shoes??

What about the husband who was so greedy and obnoxious speaking as if LaReine is really his company even though he had no relations to it other than being the husband of the wife, he's the only greedy and real criminal in the drama. But he got a good funeral and praises as the best husband at the funeral, his image was saved even after his death while Sun Joo's and Mira's image shatters, what kind of joke is this?

I had high expectations for this drama, I'm disappointed. I thought if it won't be as good as The Penthouse then it could at least be as good as High Class but damn was I wrong

My rating went from 10 to 7.5 after the last 2 episodes.

I kept rolling my eyes throughout ep 15, its like they gathered all the stupidity possible and put them into one episode

He's just lazy and snobby, why would he fight when his servants can fight for him and defend his goody important ass

I watched many chinese wuxia that are not BL, and the males never sacrifice themselves for friendship but only for love. Only in a censored BL theme the males are willing to sacrifice themselves for another male. So this screams BL to me

I don't know how they're similar since I really enjoyed Evernight but felt like I was running into circles while watching this drama so decided to drop it at ep 17. I felt that I wasn't watching it because I'm enjoying it but out of loyalty for starting it in the first place
