Engaging Docu series of making an 8 song album (writing all the music & lyrics himself) & showcasing it before 1,000 people all within 100 days (made for Netflix series) I was unsure just how much of this was scripted but it was nice to watch him interact with IU, his Hospital playlist actor friends & others, but it was also disappointing that they didn't give him more useful feedback. Also, I found myself wishing that he just had more time to turn the perfectly good songs into works of art .The showcase at the end featured his wife Gummy, ( former mega star singer, who I was unfamiliar with) . It was
Jo Jung Suk showcase BUT She sang 3 songs, & yeah she's talented but I think it was the wrong call to have her featured in the showcase so prominently because it felt like she was stealing his "thunder" as the crowd responded way more enthusiastically to her & it broke my heart a little for him (because , I really do think that give more time & polish his songs could have been char toppers).
