I watched it a long time ago bc I’m a fan of the female lead. Just now finding out the ML is LXY so I’ll rewatch it 😆

I watched this before Liu Xue Yi became more popular for his historical/costume dramas like In Blossom, Kill Me Love Me, Moment but Forever, The Princess’s Gambit and I was shocked to see it was him. Never looked up the cast for this show, I watched it for the FL but now I’m going to rewatch for LXY 😂

I watched Love at Night a few years back and I just NOW am finding out the male lead is Liu Xue Yi because I never bothered to look up the cast back then. I also watched Intense Love and really loved it. I look forward to her upcoming dramas.

Shen Zai Ye looks better dressed in Beiyuan outfits than the Qi ones. 😆

I’m almost done with the drama and I just wanted to say how beautiful Liu Ling Zi (Meng Zhen Zhen). She definitely deserves lead roles. Gonna check out her other dramas.

Ok but Villain CGH has me in a chokehold. Why’s he hotter evil than when he was love struck 😂

NR having RH and the Qianyu army drop rose petals for SYT and SH has got to be a scene stealer. He might be annoying in the beginning but he’s truly innocent and actually one of the enjoyable characters.

When SYM pulled to close the curtain in ep 35 I laughed so hard and NH is so right about wanting to take his hair out bc how do they do the nasty and keep their hair still good and not disheveled. 😭

I hated her as Xuan Nu in Eternal Love but loved her in Miss the Dragon. I love that she can play a villain role and someone kind and innocent at the same time. I didn’t realize she was the same actress who played Xuan Nu until I looked her up. 😆

I just wanna say when it comes to these minidramas, you are God sent. Thanks for everything you do. 🥰

I’m going to rewatch it just because I miss Duke Su 😂

The leads have great chemistry in my opinion and there are plenty of romantic scenes once the enemy part is over

The scene with SYM and Fugui made me cry too 😭

Wow that wedding scene had me in tears 😭 LYT’s acting was on point, I felt her grief through the screen.

The plot is finally moving along but if NH is crown prince and marries SYM, he’d still have a harem as the next emperor wouldn’t he? Also I see the CHG hate comments which is valid but please have the CHARACTER, not the actor. Clearly it means Wang Yu Shou is doing a great job and remember this is a drama within a drama. 😂
