unpopular opinion, but i kinda annoyed at Shu He' passiveness.. he's smart alright, but such a pushover. He blindly followed orders and so quick to close the fire case from 10 years ago even though he knew something didnt feel right. He's i guess what people say, a stick in the mud..
Also, the director already knew from the beginning that LZB is alive.. seriously? Are they undercover from the start?

im with you on this.. LZB could be the one who told the mom where to find him.. or it just doesnt make sense as just she could just popped there..

i think zhibai is the one ochestrating that fake Ti Yi lady case ..just like what he did with Lai La..because we can see from the start of ep 20 that his friend was involved with the real Ti Yi and he said it himself that the evidence is too real..and someone set them up..maybe hes trying to lure out the real murderer..

its been a while since my mind is this exhausted (but in a good way) from all the twists and turns.. right now i dont even dare to believe anyone...but still the liao brothers are really precious..🥹🥹

ep 30-32, kinda feel bad for gu laoshi. the tension. zb was really harsh towards him when it is his first time joining big ops like that. at least he didnt faint from hypo, and still able to stand straight after walking for hours..plus its irony when zb lashes out at him for letting that li weng long guy go, when he let xiaohai go for how many times..
anyhow, the ending is satisfying though i feel a bit lacking and predictable..

to sums up, its about an anti-drug squad busting drug dealers. it revolves one big, main case but the story is like peeling an onion. They discover thats its not just a single criminal in play.
The storyline is really great, at least for me. No annoying char. Even the villains are interesting.
One thing i applaud, its that there is no cursing (i dont speak chinese) like typical crime drama. And the "dark" we talking about is just very mild. Nothing too gruesome. You can read more details in the comment below
