Really excited. Seems like a really unique idea for a KDRAMA. I feel like I'll enjoy the love triangle as long as the SML gets his love story after. I feel like there's so much they can do with this. <3
The first 10 minutes was literally a fighting scene that is only lightly reflected at the end.. it doesn't reflect…
I see! I haven't watched it in a while so my memory is foggy on the order of events.
No problem! Daebakdrama is like my lord and savior and I found out the other day it added one of my favourite dramas without me even knowing. I don't watch movies very much but there is a movie section to the daebakdrama website, though i don't believe there are many that are anything aside from korean. They also do release episodes to shows on netflix 1 day after a new episode comes out on netflix, so if you don't want to spend money on netflix there's also that.
And unlike netflix, I don't believe daebakdrama removes any dramas from the website.
I'll look at "The Fiery Priest" and "Keys to the Heart" But I'm quite picky so we'll see how it goes!
I just started watching "Unrequited Love" (A chinese drama) on netflix and I've been really into it! I reccomend it if you're into romance because it's absolutely adorable. I'd say the worst episode to get through is the 2nd one as it's kind of repetitive of the first, but i'm excited to see where it goes. I'm on the 7th episode currently and i'm loving where it's going. I usually find with chinese dramas the female leads to be kind of annoying (AHEM, Meteor Garden) But in this drama, I absolutely love her.
Don't thank me for being nice, everyone should just be nice by default. ^^

Oh! forgot to add on, the plot of the story before the last episode is that the main male lead disappears and is presumed dead, which (if you had grown a connection to the characters) was an extremely sad moment in the series. you see the main female lead learning about this through a messenger where she breaks down and is heartbroken for a while. on the anniversary for his death, he comes back which again, sparks tears as they are both crying because they had been apart so long. This i find was a really pivotal moment in the kdrama and definitely one of the best. I'll say honestly looking back on the kdrama, it could've been executed better and i feel like some scenes just felt like they dragged on forever.. but those really sweet scenes where it seemed like nothing else mattered. Those scenes where despite you knew the war happening around them was there, you could feel the love even stronger.. those made the drama great, at least in my opinion. Have a wonderful day/night!

I wish I could've seen this all sooner! I'm glad you kept trying to watch it but it's obviously not everyone's thing. I might just have a deeper connection to it because it was my first kdrama. I'd also reccomend watching kdramas on daebakdrama. Great website that I use with no on-video ads (only ones around the video whilst not full-screened that are.. weird.) and they release all the new kdrama episodes 1-2 days after they are aired (i believe). Very nice to use as it's easy to navigate and it has tons of kdramas. (missing a few, which sucks but they are doing pretty great for a free website). No downloads required either, so you can watch everything without being scared of viruses or unwanted content.
Kdrama sites aside, again i'm glad you tried it out and i'm sorry it didn't suit you. If you want any other reccomendations, feel free to ask! :)

I feel like the first fight scene was cool, but it had no relevance to the story. If you don't like it after the first bit, that's okay. It gets more interesting after the first episode or so because they end up in their new environment and their love grows. I'm quite picky with my dramas and I enjoyed this one. I hope you enjoy it too. :) If not, tell me if you need recommendations or have any for me. C: Have fun!
Have you ever watched a drama and within the first 10 minutes felt that you could not waste any more of your time?…
The first 10 minutes was literally a fighting scene that is only lightly reflected at the end.. it doesn't reflect anything on the drama because it had NO impact on the story.. it was just a cool fight scene?
No offense but I started watching K-drama with this one. This drama doesn't have some short of dark past or childhood…
It's kind of closed minded to think that. Heirs kinda sucked to be honest, but this really didn't. It was absolutely adorable and a great storyline that you could get lost in. I think the first episode or so was kind of hit or miss, but I'd have to say it wasn't "objectively bad". The acting was believable and funny. The scenarios (after the first episode) were well thought out and relevant to the theme of the drama. And the script could've been stronger, but it wasn't terrible. It was a genuinely believable drama as they ended up getting married after the drama. (though sadly rumor of their divorce has been confirmed) You're entitled to your own opinion and I respect your opinion, but I'd have to completely disagree. Have a wonderful day/night. ^^
