I am trying to translate it from vietsub, and need to match with the previous English sub in terms of specific name of object/people. I can't promise anything, just let you guys know that at least somebody is doing it, even though extremely slowly because i don't have much time on my schedule. I don have time to dedicate for timing so probably i will sub on youtube video (which is having up to 18 episodes at the moment). I don't have any experience with subbing so it will take me a little bit longer than needed, and my English is also not that good. I'm sorry to see that this good drama is being left behind because of discontinuation in subbing.

It is indeed frustrating. Chinese dramas are usually like this recently. I am still on weibo to look for any news about the comeback day. Iqiyi used to say it would be comeback by 26th July but nothing still now. I hope they don't cut that much of the content, and the happy ending one. There is a rumour saying that it might be back around October... Such a nice drama with amazing acting skills (even though the plot is so ridiculously tragic), why they would treat it like this.

If you want to sub it, I would recommend you look for this account on youtube: "熱點劇場Hotspot!" since he has uploaded up to episode 18 already, You can just sub it directly onto his Youtube clip. He used to upload it up to episode 50 as i remembered, but now only 18, so I am doubting that if you upload it on Youtube you will have trouble with copyright issue somehow.

You can find the subtitle text files are provided up to episode 12 at the moment, but no sub-teams have continued subbing yet. I guess doing 45 mins video is a hard work, especially if you don't have time and are not paid for doing so. Correct me if I'm wrong, our Vietnamese subteams are paid by the website somehow, as Iqiyi sold the full version to our film platform so that it could be broadcast at the same rate as theirs.

If you have baidu and weibo accounts, people are sharing full cached version on weibo at the moment through baidu/youku (as I know so far). Iqiyi has already removed the whole series for the TV version preparation, as you already know, so no vid can be found there.

Or, unless you can't access them and still want to watch raw version, with vietnamese subtitle unfortunately (since I am vietnamese), you can try searching "Thiên Kê Chi Bạch Xà Truyền Thuyết" (vietnamese name of the series), we have the full version all subtitled since Iqiyi sold the series to us.

Right. I have been camping on weibo for the last 3 days. As far as I understand, the directors and staffs (no idea who is who but they shared a lot those screenshots) did confirm 2 things:
- They do meet at the end, and it's a happy ending. (This is more than enough to me T__T )
- There are a 2nd ending, which has been cut out and replaced by the mv at the end of the drama like what we have seen. They are arranging with Iqiyi to show that one, but it seems like 1 week has passed by without any new update (it is expected to be shown this week, but now I guess we need to wait for non-vip member to finish watching, they are at around 20-ish at the moment, 2 episodes per day). People is creating pressure on Iqiyi at the moment. That's what I get so far (by google translate). You guys can download Weibo International version on mobile and enter the movie name (chinese) to search for the topic.

I would think it's more likely to be a clip of 10 minutes more, and that would be more than enough, since in the extended trailer we saw 2 scenes Zi Xuan with white hair walking up the bridge stairs, with the red paper umbrella, to come to her, whom sitting on the bridge crying. On Iqiyi people are also discussing about this a lot (at the moment one of the posts about the ending discussion I saw attracts 2000+ likes and 500+ comments alone), especially they are discussing that if the last scene is a dream, Zi Xuan should be in black hair, not white hair, as she didn't know this appearance of him, and it's an ideal world. The rumour about 2nd part is also spreading widely.

Can't watch it anymore, cry 5 days. Can't even listen to the Ost song One Thousand Year as well because it has me in tears every single damn time. Damn it. Well at least, at the moment there are more than 10000+ people are in the same situation as our so I am not alone. T__T

Right. I cried the hell of my heart out for this drama. It's so nice, but the ending was so sad. There are many hints that they will be together, from the fact that 2 of the sifu said it's better to not be involved, because that's the only way to make sure everything is gonna be okay. We have seen 2 Green - White Emperors used to worry a lot, that can sacrifice their lives for their students, now stay behind, must be a reason, or they are sure about something. Also, I can't really make sense of a lot about the soul and how it works, as well as many things involved with it (sorry watched it in vietsub so can't even know how it is called in English). We didn't see Xu Xuan disappeared like Green Snake or left a crystal ball. Also, the detail of "7 days waiting" after White snake has been released, leading her choose to die with him. 7 days. Is that too short to say about anything? She had waited one thousand years, 500 years alone to find a piece of him to nurture it by her heart blood. Now for 7 days, she didn't go around to ask anybody, didn't know exactly what was happened with him except knowing vaguely that he has sacrificed something in order to exchange for her eye sight, but after just 7 days decided to kill herself to follow him. I highly doubt this point.

Also, Fantasy genre often has a motif of "it seems like the end, but there will be an exception. it seems like no thing can save/help that, but they will overcome that." so I was, and I am, crawling for a happy ending, hoping there is something they keep back. You know for a webdrama, for each 100 million view (in Iqiyi) there will be a gift from the studio, either poster congrats or video. They have just posted 5 wedding posters for 500 (or 700) million as a congratulation gift. I heard a rumour, saying that there is one more episode that they haven't released yet, from a fan saying she saw that on the director weibo, might be just to wait the normal member, who are on episode 14 at the moment (vip member has accessed 60/60 already), or to celebrate 1 billion views, or 2 billion, perhaps. Even though I know it's just a rumour from a fandom, but I am still clinging on it. I cried 3 days for this drama already.
