On Build Jakapan Puttha Jan 20, 2023
Build Jakapan Puttha is crazy TALENTED. In KPTS he slayed his role as Pete. And his chemistry with his costar is legendary. I love Biu and look forward to his new project 4 Minutes!

Sadly there's not much dark romance dramas when it comes to bl, wish we could get more of that cuz that's one…
It has been renewed for a second season and it's based off Anne Rice's novels so you can also read the novels. There is also the original movie with Brad Pitt/Tom Cruise. There is a lot of content out there. Hope you give it a shot. The series is very MATURE and there is gore, abuse, violence, sexual scenes. Just as a warning.

Well Kinnporsche was an excellent dark romance series, blew my mind. "Interview with the Vampire" was also incredible, but it's not an asian drama. I recommend that but we have different preferences so I'm not sure you'll love it. We agree on some things though so you may like it.

Oh and I agree about Big Dragon being all over the place but I didn't watch until the end. A lot in the script didn't make sense. I just lost interest even though they did have hot scenes together.

For me Kinnporsche was the best drama of the year but this list gave me some ideas on some other drama's I should give a shit to. I tend to like dark romance though and a lot of these feel cutesy or like office romances/school romances.

sorry what does FOE stand for?
Thank you. I will add FOE to my watchlist. I really enjoy suspense and drama. Last really good kdrama I saw with great suspense and was also a horror was 'The Guest'.

Title Descendants of the Sun Spoiler
I tried this drama because of the high ratings and endless praise. I expected to be blown away by an exceptional…
Me too and I honestly found the FL so annoying that I couldn't keep watching. She acts so elitist and it's not the actor's fault but how they wrote the character. For instance, her treating a female co-worker who is a doctor like crap because she likes to take care of herself or making a patient stay in the hospital or pay when he tells her that he can't afford paying and wants to leave...wth that really made me upset.

Yeah I finished the drama and wouldn’t recommend
I'm curious about the sequel as well. I found it hard to get into it at first because of the format but then I got used to it and enjoyed it. This is a character-driven show and I tend to really like those, more than plot heavy shows. Of course there are shows that have both a great plot and amazing characters like 'the Untamed' but those are difficult to come by. I also think people may have come into this show with super high expectations which can make the viewing experience feel underwhelming. I came into expecting a cute love story from enemies to lovers and for me it was that, plus some realistic elements regarding covid and grief and how hard we must work at relationships.

I loved it but I respect that you say its not your cup of tea. Some people bend over backwards trying to make something seem horrible to validate their dislike or disinterest in something. Sometimes you just don't like something and that's ok.

emotionally this was quite draining. The portrayal of what loss means, what guilt and anger means is very well…
I felt the opposite about the ending. I wanted there to be more happy moments to even out some of the heavy emotional pull the show had for the majority of the drama. I think we should have gotten some more soft but happy moments, but I think making their happy ending short also makes one feel this tightness in your chest. Anyways, I agree about how it was raw and very well portrayed. I cried so much but it was somehow beautifully poignant and realistic all at once. Great drama.

I don't know how you couldn't connect to the characters when the acting was so on point and their backstory was heartbreaking but I guess we all have our own opinions.

I agree and some people don't understand how its a psychological thriller and miss how absolutely amazing this series was. Hands down my favorite of the history show.
