The script writer has just tweeted that Jiu will be put on scene as a main character from next ep on. Actually, she said that the team are already ready for the complain from the candy maker fans in this EP too lolll.

PS. It does make sense to me though. Jiu doesnt have a strong connection to the main story yet so it makes sense that he is not appearing as a main character yet. However, according to the teaser of next EP and how this EP ended, it’s clear that it’s now time for Jiu to be on screen as often as any of the main characters.
