Because Hotstar India has it already. It's a new norm since they started airing Korean dramas

Nope. It's usually, after it airs on on Korean TV. I guess you guys in India were lucky to get the episodes before…
Probably Hotstar India paid a hefty amount to air it before Korea.

Not happening till 2031 lol https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Now,_We_Are_Breaking_Up
Assuming VIU paid a hefty amount including a part of the production costs to have it as an original to them but it may change if they decided to give it to someone else for various reasons. (For example they decided to close their service due for financial reason but it's impossible as I'm pretty sure their numbers are pretty high and defeated Netflix on SEA) https://variety.com/2021/biz/asia/viu-netflix-southeast-asia-svod-subscriptions-1235035440/

In case you guys didn't know, the international rights holders are also paying a part of the production cost. I think Kim Eun-hee (?) admitted to it recently when iQIYI paid almost all (80%) of its production costs. They beat Netflix for that (I guess Netflix made a deal but iQ paid bigger than them lol).

Viu sucks! Even you're a premium member they released the episodes so late
I'm pretty sure that it's VIU Original so expect that it will be out immediately once it airs Korea. Also, at least it's going to be subbed, ya'll being spoiled too much on Netflix. lol.
