It was a happy ending where no one bares the hatred towards each other and Xu Feng even help Run Yu break out of the evil inside him. Run Yu was guilty in so many aspects that I can't even list them all. He's too manipulative and obsessive over Jin Mi. Locks her up till she surrenders, starts an unnecessary war because of her. Use her to kill Xu Feng. Manipulate the evidence so Jin Mi thinks that Xu Feng kills her mother. Fix the cracks in the pellet so Jin Mi couldn't feel love, etc. He just causes so many misunderstandings.
- I understand that in the moment of grief, Run Yu wants revenge but he makes the wrong step and falls far in. We all know that Run Yu has done so many evil things but we still love him. Please tell me the drama names that she play the "same" character in. As far as I know, Yukee has a wide range of characters that she played throughout her acting career.
- In Ashes of Love, she was a strong princess whom thousands of soldiers can't even compare to her. She's completely self-reliant and doesn't need anyone to her rescue. [ LOL, if you think she can't fight in this drama, idk what to even tell you]
- In Princess of Weiyoung, she was a naughty princess that likes to play tricks on others but she's nice and a kind princess that is willing to assist friends and disregard the consequences.
-In Heavenly Sword, she was a smart and a schemer. She's an intelligent woman that knows how to use her brain to succeed with her motives. AMBITIOUS WOMAN.
I'm pretty sure these roles are completely different from this current air drama as well. You're so quick to judge by the episodes that's currently airing. Yes, she's weak right now [ I don't even want to explain why because you should know if you watch the drama]. Her character is growing in the future. She's growing in the latest episodes, around episode 14 I think where she knows that she's lacking and trained hard to prove that she can be the Leader of a Sect and protect it.
- I don't know why people keep picking on Yukee Chen for some ridiculous reasons. At least spell her name right if you want to trash talk her.

There will be character development where the female lead knows her own weakness and trained hard later in the episodes to improve herself. I don’t expect her to be strong in the beginning and we shouldn’t be, THERES no fun in that. Being the sect’s leader pressured her to become stronger so that she can be independent and self reliant. All I’m saying is , her martial art will improve .

I totally agree LOL, the first few episodes are a disappointment in the editing aspects. They legit have like 2-3 years to edit this drama and it still looks hella flawed with the CGI/effects. Even the music isn't play at the right time just makes me mad. Besides that, everything else is good. Good pace, acting, costumes etc, just the CGI/effects, music and they keep slow motion the main leads moments. I didn't mind it but they keeps doing it every time, even the parts that aren't relevant zz

Is this your first drama of Yukee Chen? If so, I think you're judging her too early. Yukee Chen has a varied range of characters throughout her acting career. She can play many roles, badass, cute, schemer etc, so I'm pretty sure her range of expressions and body gestures isn't as limited as you think. Well, pretty sure each character has some type of body gestures design for them, and it will look really out of character if you go overboard. I've watched up to episode 14 and legit didn't see anything wrong, and that's probably just me. Yukee isn't a splendid actress and she can have a flaw like any other actresses. She still portrays her character well in many of her dramas because no one really criticise her because of her acting. She could further improve in the future but Yukee as she is now is already good enough.
- You said that "She can't act to save her own life." I'm pretty sure that's worse than saying that she's a bad actor. I don't want to compare actresses because everyone has their own portrayal, and their characters are completely different from each other. If you're a naughty and a playful character then your body gestures can be express more and not as limited as calm or a serious character.

Not every drama will start out like "OH MY GOD I CAN FIGHT LIKE A MAD MAN." She is weak in martial art because of the plot convenience, it plans out for the main leads' meeting and his protection of her. She's still very young and it's her first time setting out into the martial world which you can't really expect her to know everything. Plus, she stated somewhere in the episode that her father never taught her martial art and Mu Yuan was always there for her. If you start watching, you will know that it's all for the character development later into the series. She's lacking in martial arts, but she's smart and a really good character in other aspects.

There's no harem showcase in the show, just romantically jealousy between the sisters which leads to hatred and plot revenge. The main leads are romantically in love with each other. They really go through great measures to be with each other.

If you call Yukee Chen a bad actress then I don't know what your standard of a good actress is, probably high up in the sky somewhere. I've seen multiple dramas starring Yukee and she did really well with the given role. We don't really ask for an exceptional performance where the acting has to be excellent and flawless. All we ask for is an actress that can portray her character well. No one has been complaining about Yukee's acting instead, praising her for the good performances along with her beauty.

The plot is typical and really simple. It isn't boring but not very exciting either. The good thing about this drama is the main couple. I think most of us are watching because of them as well. Their chemistry is top-notch but the story isn't like those type that keeps in on your seats but the type that you would skip just to see the main couple on screen so I kinda understand why the rating is low.

- I think most of us are watching mainly for the MLs couple, and their chemistry will not disappoint you. The way they look at each other gives me butterflies all over. They really are a perfect match for this drama. I love it.
- The story is alright, typical, and simple. Not heavy since it mainly focuses on the romance of the two leads rather than some plot twists and vengeance stuff.
- I don't know why but Yukee's hairstyle keeps bothering me. It doesn't fit her especially those style with her hair down, I feel like they could have decorated it better. [The ponytail is cute :>]. Otherwise, the costumes of this drama are really well done. Really love the Sects' and Shangguan's outfits.

I've been a fan of Yukee since Ashes of Love and has been looking forward to many of her works. She has the potential in becoming a main lead with her acting skills and beauty. I've watch up till the recent episodes [12]. The plot is alright, it doesn't keep you on your seats with excitement but the chemistry between the two main leads will. The leads acting are just beautifully portrayed and their chemistry is top notch. I am just watching and yearning for scenes between the two main leads at this point.

I heard in the Novel, the female lead was raped as well but it probably won't happen in the drama.

I had to compliment this drama for being a bit realistic with the fall. Instead of those "OMG IM FALLING WITH THE WIRE HOOK TO MY BACK," it actually had Yukee rolled and hit those the mountain rocks. It's so realistic and I love it.
