I'm currently re watching the drama too because I still couldn't get over it LOL. I don't understand why people are hating on Liu Ying [Demon Princess] . She's one of the main key into solving XF and JM misunderstandings. Liu Ying stayed by XF's side and knock some senses into him or else he would still be blind and not wanting to accept the truth. I think Liu Ying is one of the character that's loyal and honest. She never pair with the strong to bully the weak. She's always so righteous. I just love her strong personality. It's the Director's fault for adding fillers into the drama and make it a bit draggy.

You're comparing right now too. LOL. Okay, both have 1s rating, and it's just wrong to do that. It's not about what drama has more and don't. The point is, people are hating on the drama because it's doing well and surpassing other ones. They just want to drag down the rating despite the drama being good or not. It's called being biased and not honest with the rate. If you're saying it that way, then EL came out in 2017 meanwhile this drama is just finish airing. Many websites has just finish the drama with Eng subs. So of course EL would have more ratings and would have more 1s.

They dragged the rating of the show down. Honestly speaking, no matter how much you hate the show, rate it a 1 is just too much. Some people watch 2 episodes and rate the show 1 because they didn't like it. I understand 5/10, because, yes it's your opinion and I respect it, but giving a show 1/10 make it looks like you just personality want to drag the show down because it has high rating.

Ikr, Even if they "lost" their memory, after spending time together they would at least gain some kind of familiarity to kinda recognized that they knew each other in the past. The way they move to a whole different story just not professional.

Yes, I agree. Stealing someone's wife is not someone you do as a brother. I really feel bad for Run Yu in that aspect, I would actually mind the engagement and think that it's not right to steal someone's fiancee if he didn't manipulate anyone to get what he wanted. Yes, this is in viewers aspect. This also foreshadow what he will do later to achieve his goal. The reason why most viewers are not mad about the "Stealing Engagement" is because Night tricked Jin Mi to make she think that she likes him even though he CLEARLY know what kind of "like" Jin Mi is talking about due to the flash back of her saying that she likes everyone. He knew that the engagement is going to be forced off because of feud between both sides. Stealing someone else's wife is wrong but being manipulative is also wrong. They are both wrong in my opinion that's why most viewers don't agree with his actions.
Oh, I think they are equally emerge because all of their crying scenes kills me. Cry like hella bad LOL.

From my POV, most people never like the idea of arrange marriage. I don't know why the engagement counts even though it was the Flora Deity's child. But yeah an engagement is an engagement. I think most people don't care because of Night being hella fake to win over her father. After knowing that Jin Mi was the Water Deity child, he immediately trying to be on his good side like "Even though I had an arrange marriage but I really love Jin Mi" etc... He also misleads her father to believe that Jin Mi and him like each other. Jin Mi always make everyone misunderstood her intentions even though she didn't mean to. LOL. Yes, Run Yu's acting is like 100% into the character. OMG LORD when he was all crunch up crying when hes mother die. That has me dying. I could feel the pain down my bones. But I could also feel all the pain that Phoenix has went through. I just feel like all of the actresses delivery their emotions and portray each of their own character very well, which is why I fell in love with this drama. The emotions are just brilliant throughout and the chemistry is no joke too.

I love Deng Lun, or Phoenix in the drama and I think most people do too. Not everyone go on to Viki to watch the drama since it's not finish yet. The reason why some hate on Deng Lun because Night Immortal has a pretty rough past. He's really lonely. He has nothing to begin with, all he wanted was Jin Mi but Phoenix stole her. [WELL COZ THEY LIKE EACH OTHER] They can't really afford to hate him for what he did because they understand why. It's just a state of being biased over another person lol. In Deng Lun's case, he get all the love from everyone. His mother is a really bad person, but Deng Lun considered her action as a mistakes. He knows that everything his mother does was for his own goods even though he doesn't want or like them. But as a son, who would kill their own mother right? They just judging them based on the viewer's POV, not observed in depth, sadly.
