idk how to explain but let me try. basically zhao yao is like a spirit. as far as I remember zhi yan colluded with her which resulted in her awakening. she has no body so she took zhi yan's form. mirror shows the reality. so even though to zhi yan she looked like original zhao yao to others (and to the mirror) she looked like zhi yan. idk if that makes sense.

Anyways still loved the drama because its my favorite trope. I love when both leads are extremely powerful. And main leads were amazing. Love both xu kai and bai lu.

the way they killed one person of each ship/couple. excluding main leads every couple had one dead. qin zhi yan and her fiance were surprisingly alive but still separated. I cant with the writers. such sadists. Doctors and Qin Qian Xian's death were unasked for. IT WAS NOT NEEDED AT ALL. I was almost ok with others dying but not these two. Loved the doctor. he deserved happy ending with his lover.

I am not sure why it says 22 eps on mdl but its not 22. On the timetable it clearly says to be continued after 22 eps. so we are getting more than 22, second timetable is yet to be released. Anyways so excited for this one. I hope it delivers.
