The script definitely needs some work! I am going to try to watch Love Is Panacea to determine if I am in a modern cdrama slump and see if I need to get back to the historicals.
12 eps in and this is a tiny bit exhausting to watch... I was super excited to watch this, especially for my favorite Bai Lu... but it is definitely not meeting the expectations I had for it. The script is just weird at certain points in this drama... but it does have its good moments and sparks of interest where I feel as though the drama can turn it around.
There are 24 more episodes left and I think the drama might turn it around because it does have some good plots to build off of, the friendships in here are great and the 2nd & 3rd couples are going to be so good for sure. But, I am hoping once the real romance starts kicking it is going to really grab my attention.
Business talks bore me to tears, but I have seen other dramas pull me in and I need this drama to get it together.
