We’ll see how he does I am not saying anything bad about just my opinion becuz they could’ve chosen a better fitting actor but I am still excited to see how they play it out their characters and how the story is portrayed becuz i hope they do follow the webtoon

and yeah I can see Choi Yihyun playing the character becuz she is very versatile however I would like an actress who can play both mature and badass at the same time because Jio's character is like that but I mean I don't mind if Choi Yihyun picks the role because I love her. Moreover, this kdrama has the vibe of Flower of Evil, Just Between Lovers and My Lovely Runner (but less cute and more on the Hot chemstry, tension and like how do I describe it, yeah that kinda vibe). Also I want like you know those young actors that played the younger version of the main leads in LOVE YOUR ENEMY, they gave that vibe and chemistry of the characters like in this series are going to be. so this is my opinion and expectation but I don't know how to feel right about him and this webtoon is very close to my heart and special for me so I just hope they don't Fvck it up

bro have u read the webtoon, they go from school to when they are 30 years old so Byeon wookseok did a great job in My lovely Runner and ngl My lovely runner has the same vibe as my reason to die and other actors I have listed are more than compatible to star in this series becuz they have that vibe and aura that the characters in the webtoon have.

like there are sooo many good options to choose from so why go for Lee Chaemin like I am not being mean or rude but like they need to make proper good casting choices because I and lots of other people have been waiting for this adaptation for soooooo long like it needs to be worth it

NGL from the number of times I have read the webtoon, I just don't see how Lee Chaemin fits Gyeol's character seriously... he just does not give that bad boy and yearning type like Gyeol is and I would like if they choose someone else for this who fits this vibe otherwise it would be really disappointing

if you have seen Derailment His character was very cold and character development was very good

You shouldn't wish for a better ending for the serial killer and the fact the series is loosely based on the real case of a serial killing that happened and it took the police 30 years to get this MF of a Serial Killer - The Hwaseong Serial Murders Case which was finally solved after 30 years in 2019. You should really watch either the Confession of Murder which is also not so accurate. But the Memories of Murder Movie is very good in portraying this serial murder case as how the serial murder case was laid out and everything it is very similar to the Movie and the portrayal of the serial murderer suspect was very similar to the real killer. If you are interested you should watch those two movies they are very good. I like Joon he played the serial killer very well but hoping for the serial killer to get a better ending is just sickening to me how some people think like that with no logic or understand the feeling and emotion of the victims. Not saying you can think of them as fictional characters but don't romanticize them that's just disgusting
