Please more of this. Why can't all Chinese cop dramas be this well written?? This show gets a standing ovation I loved it and it kept me glued to the screen that i don't even wanna nit pick
It was enjoyable but it didn't give me the strong feelings the novel gave me. It was missing something, i think it's probably because i don't really enjoy Ren's acting, he jas a baby face that makes me not believe him as a Chen. (Pls don't come for my head) But the ost is amazing, i loved almost every song. Also the actor who plaued the 2nd brother fit the role ao well.
I thought this is a mind game lmao turns out it was just a game of killing each other to live for the price money.…
I think ppl are overlooking a lot of it's shortcomings because of the production quality and the talented actors but "rich ppl watching poor ppl fighting to death" is overdone. I wish it had a deeper story than just surface level rich ppl are bored/ppl are animals
Adults living adult life and making mature decisions after learning from their mistakes. I especially like how nobody was made to give up important things for a relationship. And that they made it clear that family, friendship, career, good environment and happiness are all more important than a single person. You need a good support system. Also I'm glad that jj's suicide wasn't bc of one trivial reason but an accumulation of things that alone might seem insignificant but when they pile up they can break you. One of my fave dramas this year
The acting is...a bit meh, certainly. The individual cases are decent. if not rushed and I think after four episodes…
I didn't get passed the introduction of olivia. It all felt high-school theater-ish (Maybe that's a little harsh) might come back after it ends and the reviews come in
Let's see how long that will last
Weird
I meant i want cdramas to walk in their footsteps
