Personally, I didn’t really like the Fah/Typhon storyline. I found it quite flat. I really don’t like Fah’s character at all. He lets himself be pushed around too much and is way too soft. I completely understand that losing his sister hurt him deeply and that his father’s behavior is unforgivable, but he lacks backbone. He lets others walk all over him and doesn’t even try to accept that his sister’s death wasn’t his fault. He’s completely consumed by guilt… and that went on for a large part of the story, which became boring. I barely saw any real character development from him.
I don’t know. I read that they decided to take a break. Maybe it’s also because last week episode 8 came out at the same time as episode 7 for some people (those who have a subscription on certain platforms), and today episode 8 was released for everyone.
