This is now my favorite mini drama. They don't make sense most of the time, but the actors did it quite well. Love the lead character, psycho villain husband who is too much in love with his badass general wife, can't get enough of that, and the kissing scenes are better than most cdramas out there.
Great ending! Sort of happy ending but it was messed up that the emperor still bend on separating them despite all the things they've done to save his kingdom. Stupid. If they really going to make season 2, hopefully they will have better budget, and better editing crew.
Watched first episode. Who else is mad that she recklessly blew up a whole food storage just to escape? Doesn't she know there are people going hungry outside? Sheesh. Also, I am today's years old when i found out that flour is explosive. lol
Just finished watching it, i am really loving it so much. Cinematography is beautiful, great plot and the acting is superb! Especially GTY stepmother, lol. I'm re-watching earlier episodes to better understand their backstory, because I got confused who is who at the beginning, I mean was it me or did anyone else thinks the actors for GTY and Sheng Changbai is almost identical? Even the younger actors who played them looks almost the same. Lol
Finished watching , and i have to say i have never been so satisfied with an ending of a Chinese drama. Love it! Now i understand when some people said they occasionally rewatch the Demon wedding scene. Lol.
I've always been a fan of dramas where the female character is strong, as equally strong as the male. Especially when the FL get to save the ML. Big fan. My problem is, I'm currently on ep22, i feel like I need to stop watching for now. His parents' problem resolved, and that's all i need. I don't even care if the two main leads end up together or not. I mean I love them both, but the romantic scenes reaaaallly draaaags...! I wish they stop doing the( i don't know how say it) repeating the scene 2-3 times for effects and drama. lol
Love it! This is my first Lee Joon Gi's drama, and i gotta say i love his acting. Both main leads have great chemistry. I was worried about the ending as i get closer to it, but it didn't turn out so bad. I guess i could accept it.
I'm currently on ep8, and I'm completely into it, but at the same time i'm too scared to continue. Will the ending be good? i hate sad ending. I watched The Rise Of Phoenixes, and still feeling pretty traumatic. lol
I'm now nursing withdrawals. Welp.
