I get it but the later half of ep. 5 wasn't too bad. I am waiting to watch 6 and I believe there should be a tiny amount of progress again. So push through. I have to admit the first half of ep 5 I thought the ML was going to get beat up badly (like in the hospital) but it didn't happen thank God.

oh no....I was about to watch the episode but I don't know if I can take that right now after you said it's draining...more abuse I guess from the FL. Maybe I'll just watch it tomorrow with the other one

I don't remember the best friend. I would have to rewatch ep 1 but I do believe it could be Mink. She would have needed a really rich sponsor though. Someone to pay for plastic surgery, schooling etc. Is her aim just to marry Jee's Dad? why? It's not hard to catch his eye to the annoyance of Jee. There must be more to it. Sigh I'll just keep watching

Yeah it is usually the other way around I guess in these lakorns with the males 'punishing' the females. I don't enjoy it either way actually. Watching for the chemistry and the lightbulb moment and the slow burn...I imagine

@officialdramalover I get you perfectly. Sadly yes she is like this to bring the drama....love can't be that easy in this lakorn world. The ML is suffering emotionally and physically and it sucks because he is such a good person. Let's not forget Pat pretended he saved her as well and that was the main reason she dated him. I am watching the latest episode now. The ML is basically her saviour and has been for a while. Sigh I just tell myself I have to stand her for now. I need to see her soften some more.

Just finished episode 4....when will the ML catch a break? I'm sure I'll enjoy future episodes but right now the FL is acting like judge, jury and executioner. I'm here for the chemistry and the progression of their relationship and for the FL to eat her words.

I had started watching Why Women Love when it came out. I quite liked it. The guy was handsome and the woman reminded of a Thai actress. I haven't finished it yet. I am terrible at finishing things even when the show isn't terrible. It's a bad habit. Thanks for the suggestion though.
I have started The Deadly Affair. So far the female lead is a bit annoying and harsh but there are reasons why she is like that. I will definitely continue. I said I wasn't going to watch shows that are 'currently airing' but here I go. Watched both available episodes and stuck waiting. And to my surprise!!!???The FL's sister I'm pretty sure is 'Khaning' and she is nice and quiet and I am getting accustomed to this. lol
Also watching Samee Ngern Pon. Another FL who is a bit harsh but once again there are reasons why and she will probably change a bit. Loving her fashion and whole look so far. You can tell she's 'somebody' when she walks in. I was looking at the comment section on Samee Ngern Pon and many were complaining saying it will never compare to the version with James Ma. To be honest, I have heard of that version but I haven't watched it , so I have nothing to compare it to and I quite liked the 2 episodes I watched of this remake.
I'm also on episode 4 of Revenge of the past but I'm not sure if I like it. I feel like I've seen the exact same storyline somewhere but may get back to it.
I am waiting for the Thai drama Bad Romeo to come out.
There are many Chinese ones I am waiting for and I can't remember half of them Sigh. Love like the Galaxy was on my list to check out. I didn't even realise it was out already. How is it?
Some others are Floral Armor, Song of the Moon, Fighting for love, Legend of Anle, The Fated General....so many more....Hmm realised they're all basically historical dramas. Hmm I am sure I'll fit some modern ones in there too.
I heard Jing Tian and timmy xu had sizzling chemistry in City of Streamer which came out earlier this year but I am yet to watch and I am scared of a sad ending although I don't think so.

The one cute Korean one I've seen this year is Business Proposal. I started Alchemy of Souls as well. Want to watch Military Prosecutor Doberman although I don't really think it has much of any romance and I do like to have some romance involved in the show I watch.
So I've written a lot...oh gosh...In summary though, there is so much to watch , yet sometimes it feels like not enough . Won't have as much time later this year so yah have to get in some viewing now.

Just finished watching it. Really enjoyed the wedding. One of the most fun if not the most fun wedding I've watched in a series. Khaning is crazy. The leap for the bouquet lol. Would've loved to see a little more development with Khaning and Kawin's relationship but it is implied so we have to go with that. Achae and Namcha's kiss was one of the most fake I've seen in a long time but if that's what the actors want then that's that.
Now Puen is another actor I'll look out for in terms of future dramas.
Never expected to see every aspect of the ceremony but it was great. Enjoyed the gatekeeping stuff. Now I think I will be watching The Deadly Affair. It's darker but I want to check it out. Also want to finish the Chinese drama Why Women Love. The other stuff I want to watch won't come out for a month or too. What will you guys be watching?

I get it but I have softened again lol after seeing Khun gets hurt next episode. :( Hopefully Fah's father will be able to see how much Khun cares about Fah

yes she was a little whiny but sometimes she was just putting it on I think to get Khun to admit he cared about her. I do agree that it wasn't the time or place though. It's serious. I wasn't bothered as much as in the first episodes though really. I felt she shouldn't have gone with Khun at all actually. But for the storyline she went along and got caught.

Athit is such a classist annoyance but I think he is the right person for Khun to call. Athit can deal with Arak. I am here for it.
