at ep 7 ....So the rich twin, Tawan seems to have a head injury after a car accident (not really an accident but his stepfather trying to kill him and take over the company) and so he is switched with police twin (who got shot but is okay) while he is recovering. He can't talk or walk really or remember much and what I don't like is that the police haven't told the gf that she is not really taking care of her real bf. Meanwhile Captain Tiwa is at the company. I personally just prefer the interaction between the police twin and Tawan's secretary at the office than the rich twin and Tiwa's gf so far but that could change.

oh I never watched the trailer and ok since you don't mind being spoiled a bit...I am on episode 5, waiting for 6. In ep 5, Thiwa finds out how much he looks like Tawan and is curious about their connection. Thiwa is going to pretend to be Tawan in the company because Tawan got into a really bad 'accident' and to dig into some police cases. I could add more but I don't want to spoil too much. I too think that Thisa will end up with the rich twin but they haven't had any contact since bumping into each other at the club.
so I thought the twins were going to switch FLs but I could be wrong...doesn't look that way quite yet......like they were going to switch places for a while.

I am also watching TTEOTM. I have seen the title Desire Catcher...may watch it later. I am also watching Nothing but You. I actually like the transmigration stuff on occasion. At one point I got tired of it because it was everywhere. Then is died down. Now it seems to be making a big comeback. At least in the short drama world. I feel like I can watch this trope again if it's done decent.
