just ignore them. there's no point in trying to convince someone whose mind is already set on someone. You can tell this person came into this drama with LXY in mind so she won't like XK no matter what because she never intend to try to like him.
One thing I want you to remember is this, if someone come to watch a drama due to a certain actor they really adore, their mind is not open to anyone else and will rarely try to like other actors/actress in that drama. Except for their idol, no one else is good or did a good job even when the other actors did better or is equally as good as their idol.
just take their hate/dislike on other actors as a whisper of the wind and not be bothered by it. It's better for you because you can't convince them to change their mind

that's a good idea, to wait until 49 eps are out, because from watching the raw episodes and using my low level of mandarin, I was able to understand roughly of what they're saying. In one of the conversation between Qing Mu and Gu Jun, it's going to be sad when Bai Jue return/wake up
Also, by the look of how intense things are after ep30, it is the wisest choice to wait for all eps to be out with sub so you won't be torture by the cliffhanger π
