FL’s mother is insufferable. In the fighting scene with leeks everyone talked about, she got mad because her…
Ikr?! Horrible attitude... I guess inevitably Seok Ryu took a bit from her and that's why is also yells a lot and can hit people. It's cool to see characters being influences by their parents, school etc while forming their personalities. It makes them more realistic. I wonder how the ML grew up decent with all the coldness they have in his house. Maybe that's thanks to the FL's, more joyful family?

I think Jung So-min can shiny too with a good script and good direction.
These are two different genres and different qualities, so difficult to compare. For example both starred in The Smile Has Left Your Eyes and both were interesting characters. Tho I've never seen Min Shi playing someone sweet and cheerful and can't imagine her in this makjang-ish rom-com.

She didn't hit people. With FL, she had him in a headlock because he sent her to her mother. With Kris, that's…
I had that doubt because she had no reason to hide the evidence of a crime being committed if she has nothing to do with it. Maybe she planned to blackmail him from the start? Imagine you witnessed someone committing a crime, collected the evidence but not for the police/bosses, but only for yourself...like WHY?

They have 16 episodes and not much going on plot wise, so who knows. I don't want to see him again either tho. Nasty dude.

one of them (ML) wasn't just a witness, he's the reason things escalated to violence. He jumped on him when he touched her hair, without letting her even the time to just express her discomfort and leave.

Two charges then, if she can prove that was harassment. At work she was ok with him doing it all the time.

They have the audio against him.
Nothing he said should have lead to start fighting. They're not in a kinder garden.

He patted her hair at work, she said nothing and just smiled making him think she's ok with it. Suddenly when he tried to do it again and she hit him. She could just tell she doesn't want him to do it anymore like he used to, before escalating the things to violence (ML's fault too, he jumped on him first). Imagine if it was a man hitting a girl instead of saying he doesn't want to be touched anymore because they're not friends anymore or something. The reaction would be much different.

Micro aggressions, harassment at work and symbolic violence were present at her working place, as well as fraud apparently, but she didn't report it to her employees and the authorities and decided to solve things with blackmailing and violence instead. She never expressed being not ok with him touching her hair before, so it will be hard to explain her reaction of beating him this time he did the same.

I didn't see her being sexually harassed tho. She could just walk away from him talking badly.

If she really has evidence of illegal things going on , it's her moral duty to report them regardless, but she is using it to blackmail him instead (which also might be illegal).

The FL is really morally grey... I can't stand the way she yells and hits people. But she also has evidence of a fraud being committed, but she didn't report it to the authorities. Maybe she was even an accomplice? She also uses this to blackmail someone! Idk why those things are portrayed as funny or badass. Not cool at all.

I felt the same. Too much violence (and not portrayed as something negative, but rather as funny. I'm fine with violence i thrillers where it gets punished) and too many coincidence and forced plot devices.

Waiting for the lawsuit in the next episode. There is no way she doesn't get sued for assaulting someone in front of so many witnesses.
