My same thoughts. The concept behind the locations, props and character design are amazing, but most importantly, like you said, the filming part is brilliant! The composition and the camera movement are well studied. Indeed a movie-like quality drama to watch.

Plot twist? For me he was suspicious from the beginning. You can especially see it after the first lead's funeral.
