Well, I saw some people complaining about ''sad endings''. I don't like it either. But part of the Chinese period series with this theme is the sad ending. If you take that away it loses its meaning. Let's not ruin the Chinese series as they ruined the Korean ones. The public doesn't have to choose the end of anything. The ending is chosen by the director, the screenwriter and whoever wrote the work. Changing the ending because ''we want happy endings'' is destroying the work of those who created it. If you want and expect happy endings I suggest avoiding this type of series as it is clearly not for you.
In fact, part of what I personally like about these Chinese dramas is the possibility of having a happy ending or not, you never know. I've watched others in this style that have a happy ending and that made sense to the story, just as I've watched series with sad endings that ALSO made sense.
I hope you guys understand what I'm saying, and that I'm not saying this to offend anyone.
The beginning was fun, but now I'm on episode 11 and it's hard to watch. I kind of already know who the culprits…
and omg there is already a scene from the past where the two appear when they were children. But he LOOKS and IS much older than her so how can the children that make them two young be so close in age. Anyway
I HATE this plot where they already knew each other or crossed paths as children. It's not possible that they're going to put this in EVERY series this year. Unbearable. Like, there's always been this plot but this year it's too much. There is a lack of creativity in Korean series.
The beginning was fun, but now I'm on episode 11 and it's hard to watch. I kind of already know who the culprits are and the story is a bit predictable. And besides everything, it's past time for him to discover that she's the lady. It became boring to watch.
I'm liking the story of the secondary couple more than the main one. Despite the great work of Uhm Tae Go and Han Sun Hwa and the insane chemistry they have, I HATE stories about childhood friends, when this plot appears I find it a little repetitive and tiring and I even roll my eyes haha. In this week's eps I skipped almost everything and practically only saw about the second couple.
btw I got to the part where the romance developed and they started dating and now I have the impression that the plot is just going to be problems in the company and the 2 villains are plotting, I'm reluctant to continue watching
hmm how to say it, Xukai's character in this series looks a lot like his character in Best Choice Ever to the point that I confused XuKai's two characters. It must be because I watched one next to the other. But it looks like he played the same character but with better chemistry with Tan Song.
This feels like old korean series haha. The acting really isn't the best, but I believe the proposal isn't something very elaborate or serious.
But it seems that it was a gambling debt that made Song Jae Rim agree to act in this series (just kidding).
I'm taking it as something light to watch without focusing too much on things (despite it having the dark filter and the military air). Probably if they changed the color of the filter to those used in romantic comedies (lighter and warmer) maybe people here would find it less ''strange'', since the purpose of the show is comedy and romance and not the military thing.
Did not like. At first she ''dies'' and comes back to life about 3 times. There are a lot of unnecessary twists and turns at the beginning and it makes it tiring. I don't know if I'll be able to finish watching it. I also saw here in the comments that his ex-wife still shows up to make hell.
Ba Woo makes her go through everything bad and then gives him a crisis of conscience and he goes after her, this happens SEVERAL times. If it happens once, that's great, but it happens SEVERAL times in a row. I have no patience. You can't even root for the main couple. He's not good for her.
I don't think everyone only remembers bws. Bws surely is the new hot thing but hyeyoon is well respected in Korea…
Yes, and I'm a fan of BWS (that's why I watched the series in the first place). But I saw here in the comments and I also saw on Twitter that people in Korea weren't giving her credit either. That's why I wrote this. My first comment here (a little further down I talk about how I love BWS and hope all the best for him)
But yes maybe it creates some problem for them. I hope everything goes well!

Jung Il Woo looks terrible with that goat beard

If you don't have anything nice to say to someone you don't know, why don't you keep quiet?
