Sam

All an act. It is explained in episode 28. ML figured out they will try to use Bai Cai early so he used his power to tell her without them knowing since his aunt can use her mirror to peek on them…

Well played by Ml and FL

Episode 28 tells us the truth. They were playing along to trap his aunt to come to earth..what a good twist,

He froze the waters/sea to search for her. See trailer. It is the novel as well. The act causes devastation to the realm. He gets punished by lightning and gets injured. They travel to see an ancient witch who can cure FL illness- she lost her senses . He is there helping her in her recovery all the way.

No she wasn’t. It was the Ml plan to pretend to play into his aunt’s scheme …

The surprise twist came out. I wonder how he got poison?

They set up a trap and pretended that she was bewitched. He told everything about his identity himself and she played along with the aunt scheme to get the 4 immortals to earth,

Yep. A trap to get the 4 immortals to earth to battle

What a twist! Thank goodness he is smart and their love overcame his aunt scheme. Now we have to until Sunday to see the epic battle,

When he thinks she is dead and loses his mind searching for her.- that is when he knows he has to do all the heavy lifting now since he is afraid of losing her..do all the fighting…

And she is good at it. Great expressions and you can obviously tell she is infatuated with XZ.

And that is why we like him so much.

Finish ep 16-17 - they are better. We see what XZ can do with his power

That is the last of it.

I'm sick of the Gou identity plot. Can't wait for it to be over tomorrow. He's definitely at fault for not telling her earlier, but she should trust him
Especially with all the obstacles, they went through

I love how XZ can always put furlong in his place . Like when furlong wanted to stay and have fun after the darkness poison got cleared and XZ said he will get him 2 divine beast to play if he is bored. That made furlong change his tune,

He is single I think . he is shy???I think it was mentioned in an interview

I like the micro expressions of the leads and furlong’s sister and master when furlong sister asked why did Shenli come back together with XZ? The music and mood was comedic and the story XZ makes up on what happened and Shenli internally commenting how XZ is a big talker. Aka liar…to make it sound everything was done appropriately..😅

I love your response. On same wavelength

You sum it up so well
