did you or anyone read the novel? waiting for the rest of the english translations and like you, I agree the drama could have added more scenes, maybe he went to trade school or they traveled abroad for him to finish his education so he has a a better career down the line. plenty of couples who marry and still finish school together while married. maybe a scene with kids once they settle..

there is a lot of shows out there to pick from but I will see the rest of the 8 VIP episodes plus the 4 that will be out in next 2 days. only issue is having eng subs for these shows to understand them unless you can understand Mandarin. I am not a stickler on dubbing so who does the voices is not a big thing unless the voice actor does not have the emotion displayed on the screen by the actor/actress
