I just gave it a 10 to bring it up since it should be rated higher
I am enjoying it more and more. Waiting each day for more episodes so yes it deserves a 10. Usually wait until the last episode to rate it. I have seen up to episode 42! I should have elaborated but rated it early since people have not seen as much as me. Like love and redemption, it was ok for me initially and it took a while to get into it but once I did, I really liked it.
I found the show to be really painfully slow and dull and I’m SO bored. It’s like 90% about fighting strategy…
Ep 37-42 has the chunk of the romance between the leads. You won’t be disappointed. I have seen up to episode 42. So it can displayed as a romance because of these episodes. Let me know next week if this changes your mind after seeing those episodes.
I see no chemistry either. Maybe because there is little or any character development or in depth interaction.…
Definitely more character development of male lead and tells us where he is at and his past experiences that shaped who he is when he shows up to the fortress in ep 42 . I have seen up ep 42 . Lots chemistry between the leads esp in last 10 episodes but it maybe that I saw up to episode 42 _ helps that there are more scenes between them too

So agree with your insight. I enjoyed the progression and chemistry of the main leads . I have seen up to episode 42 so this helps. It was slow to start of but picks up in the last 15 episodes after you see that ML is actually very good in martial arts but could not display it due to the poison in his body. He is willing to die to save his love . He is selfless in his love for her. You then see her display her love for him and willingness to be with him in the very end no matter what- she will not stop if there is a possibility to save him.
I barely managed to get through 3 episodes. Too slow and boring. Maybe it's just me but I can't seem to enjoy…
Like what others say, I think you have to be in a certain state to appreciate this drama since this is not an idol drama like love is sweet and poisoned love and professional single and if you ever have crush you may have more Empathy for the characters in this. - it has its weaknesses I agree but overall enjoyed it as I am much older than most folks on here probably. But this drama feels More realistic than other college dramas. Only wish is there could be more sweet scenes when they got back together. But the line at the Ending was awesome .
Not sure how the new remake will be better than this unless they have more scenes with the Main leads in and show more of them Together when they are Back together. Both main actress and actor were awesome here .
What I like about this drama like with what others have said is that we have a strong FL and respects herself and expects her suitor to respect her too. She is not a scheming person who would beg, steal, or harm Others to get her love.
