I hope the concubines don't feature either; I really don't have the energy for any drama/potential heartbreak. If they do feature, I hope he doesn't give them the time of day.
I absolutely love this so far. I'm enjoying the way it's paced, and it has a nice calm vibe to it. Perfect for watching at the end of a long day. Can't wait to see how the romance develops!

I agree. When I realised that Eric was abusive, both emotionally and physically (in episode 8), it made sense why she stayed with him so long, although it was still frustrating. It seems like Cha Hyun Oh doesn't really have feelings for his fiancée, which is comforting (just like HYK didn't have true feelings for Eric). There must be more to their relationship than meets the eye, although I can't imagine what that is. I really can't wrap my head around why CHO would ignore HYK when they parted on such good terms. Either way, I'm hopeful.
