Upto episode 11 it followed the novel. Ep 12 ,13 ,14 are basically fillers not in the novel and that is creating a disconnect . There will be a firedrill training in the hospital which will be a continuation of the novel storyline.

Wow. Really really loved this show. The chemistry between the ml and fl was great. The slow burn romance was so sweet. Ost was straight up fire. I usually watch many serious at a sped up rate but not this one. I appreciated that there was no evil character , no stupid misunderstandings. The story was grounded and showed the struggle and sacrifices people make for their ideals and dreams.
